I had my perfect reception and muhurtha makeup by Nimmy, it was so natural yet elegant. As a bride I was super satisfied with the makeup and also everyone loved it too. Even the process was so smooth, Nimmy was on time to the venue and also finished my makeup on requested time. Just trust her and she exactly knows what would look good on you.

Amongst the hustle of wedding planning the one thing I didn’t have to worry about was my makeup because of Nimmi. I had seen Nimmi’s work multiple times on my friends and it was no brainer when it came to my turn. Nimmi’s makeup truly made me feel special on my wedding day. I still looked like myself, but somehow a more enhanced version of myself. I’m not very familiar with makeup or even wear makeup often, but still I didn’t feel out of place. I have been dreaming of getting dolled up by Nimmy Jagath since the time I saw her profile on Instagram. This is roughly back in 2018..And cut forward to 2024, she did my engagement makeover last week. I cant begin to say how beautiful she put them all together, the makeup, the hair and the saree❤️❤️ NGL, I was really looking like one of the PS 1&2 heroines 😅 But honestly, the work was way beyond beautiful ❤️Not just me but the entire family and friends were very happy looking at me.. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION !! Brides if you’ll are looking for some bare minimum communication ethics from your MUA then this isn’t for you- i had to wait for weeks for replies or call backs but Nothing !! Understand ppl are busy but ghosting for over a month , cutting calls & not calling back (This is after all initial discussion /chat was done smoothly by her, information shared by her & in time for finalization over a month MIA) - not cool.. Similar reviews of her ghosting have heard from others, a lady on google review written the same . Before booking this is the state , after i have no trust !! This review is after speaking to multiple MUA (way more famous & busy) & other vendors & had soo much better experience with each of them !! Screenshot attached (of when she suddenly stopped responding) & also normal calls which were never responded !!

I had a vision for my makeup about being light yet radiant and Nimmy's makeup made that vision come true. She is a very talented and fabulous makeup artist. You know one of the worst nightmare of any bride? the make up artist not turning up on the day of the wedding? That's exactly what happened to me because of Nimmy Jagath. At 3 am in the morning of my wedding when I found myself incessantly calling my MUA with no response and totally freaking out, I regretted hiring through an online platform someone solely on the basis of reviews. The only response I got was 1 message from her sister hours after the wedding had begun, apologising, no explanation for what happened. Even today till almost 2 years later I haven't received a single call from Nimmy explaining what exactly transpired that she left a bride stranded, helpless and clueless on her wedding morning. The only compensation I got was refund of the advance. Good luck to you if you're hiring her.
