Totally unprofessional. We have booked out station make up service with this artist almost a month ago and the artist backed out at the last moment mentioning she won’t be able travel out station. Don’t understand why these people with such casual attitude list themselves as professionals in this platform and make commitments to clients. We are in a situation where we can’t find an alternate artist who can travel out station immediately. Totally ruined all our plans and wasted our money.
