Needhi is very good at creating the perfect natural look. Her makeup is very subtle and yet beautiful. She understood what I wanted on my sangeet and wedding day and created exceptional looks for me. Apart from her makeup, my interactions with her has been very good. She is friendly, very polite and very professional as well. For the kind of work that she does, her quotes were very reasonable. We were looking for a North Indian Bridal Makeup artist for my sister in Bangalore and had searched many Artists and interacted with them but not happy with their knowledge . We then took trials but the outcome was not perfect and wasted money . We saw Makeup By Needhi KKansal-RR Nagar, from Instagram and spoke to her. She had explained us in detail on her methods of makeup and took a good time in clearing all our doubts . We had also taken a trial and it went just perfect. We had booked her for the engagement and wedding in Yelahanka -Bangalore and the team had arrived on time , very patiently they had done the makeup and hairstyle . The outcome for both the occasions were STUNNING, GORGEOUS AND PERFECT. She is a financial fraud. She shares you the wrong quotation and lures you to pay advance. After advance is sent she says she missed certain detail which was very clearly told to her already and sends revised quotation almost double the original. Refuses to return the advance and forces to opt the doubled price package. When we don't agree for the revised price, she tells its cancellation from our side so she can't return the advance. Very unprofessional Edited- I am submitting proof in the attachments based on the reply made by the vendor, so that people can judge rightly. It's clearly seen in the photos submitted that I have mentioned bellary on September 17th itself when i initially enquired for ease of agreement and she has mentioned that we did not share location details until October 12th which is false. I have also uploaded pic of her admitting that she missed the location detail. But here she states that we were the one's who didn't share the location. Later during the conversation she deleted this message of her admitting (I missed it bellary) to bring things in her favour, thankfully we had taken a screenshot. Since the revised price she quoted was double the original price, we politely said that we can't proceed further and requested her to transfer the booking amount. After deleting the message as mentioned above she tried to push the blame on us for not sharing the details and keep the advance amount as cancellation charges. Honestly she wanted us to bear the cost of her mistake. Since we lost the hope to recover the money due to her ignoring our repetitive requests for money transfer, I am posting a review here to help other people make informed decisions.
