Hi, recently booked Medhavi and Her team for my wedding and i had the best experience i could have ever had. Her team was not only punctual and professional but also completely supportive for all the pre wedding jitters/ jewellery selection/ grooming services. I had booked her in 4 months in advance for my 4 functions and she created magic in each look differently

I had booked Medhavi for my wedding and made an advance payment of 20k, which constituted 40 percent of the total amount (50k). The wedding was planned for four months after the booking date. However, due to a change in the wedding date, I contacted her for confirmation of her availability on the new date within 10 days. Initially, she assured us of her availability, but later, her responses became uncertain, leaving us in doubt about her professionalism and intentions. Despite persistent follow-ups, the communication lacked clarity, further amplifying our concerns. Unexpectedly, she requested an additional 50 percent of the advance as a change in schedule fee, which took us by surprise as it was never mentioned during the initial booking. This left us feeling hesitant and doubting her sincerity. Consequently, we decided not to proceed with her services, as her actions seemed unprofessional and driven by greed. Upon requesting a refund for the cancellation, Medhavi firmly stated that there would be no refund for any cancellations. We inquired about the contract that outlined cancellation and date change charges, but she claimed it was never requested by the client. There was no written or verbal communication regarding these charges during the booking process. Even the platforms from which we got her contact, such as WedmeGood and Instagram, did not provide any details in this regard. As I was canceling the booking four months before the wedding and within 10 days of making the reservation, it seemed unfair to be charged 20k (40 percent of the total amount) without any prior communication about such charges. Transparency on this matter should have been provided to consumers before finalizing the agreement. I would advise against booking Medhavi without proper documentation and clarity on all terms. While her portfolio may showcase her talent as a makeup artist, her professionalism left me questionable.

I had the best experience with her .. I booked her for 4 functions of mine along with the makeup of groom, and family member. She is the sweetest and soo soo understanding. She waited as my functions were late without cribbing abt out it. She team punctual and gave the exact look that we discussed. I am sooo glad that i booked her on my special day. I just adore her and her work .

The worst experience I have ever had with the makeup artist as neither did her nor her team herself showed up on the assigned date of my function. We paid her in advance for 5K and she didn’t even care to give a refund. We called her multiple times on the date but no response. Very unprofessional as I asked her for the invoice of the advance which as a client I never received. Even after the ceremony we called her to get the amount back but she didn’t have any concerns to handle her clients. Never go for this kind of unprofessional people who don’t provide the bills and rant about their policy for not giving the refund.

A fab work by Medhavi for my wedding makeup. Had hired her for all 4 events of my wedding (haldi, mehendi, sangeet and wedding) and it was a great decision. She perfectly understood my asks and delivered exactly that. Everyone appreciated my makeup during the events. All kudos to her. She’s extremely humble and delivers powerful results. Super happy with the decision of having her onboard !

Medhavi, you’re simply a genius and an expert at your craft. Extremely humble by attitude and co-operative by nature, you ensured I looked just the way I wanted to look for my friend’s wedding night. Your detailing is on point and even the bride looked drop dead gorgeous inspite of the the challenging Bengali look that she wanted for her D day. Highly recommended.
