We have booked them for my cousin’s wedding after paying a good advance amount. Just one day before the marriage they changed the timings and asked her to get ready 2 hours before otherwise pay extra money because now they are getting other booking for the same day. Worst professionals I have ever seen, what to complain about the staff when owners are like that. Be Safe Don’t Go

Really a worst decision of my life to hire Nitin and Shikha for my bridal makeup. They are such arrogant and rude people who don't have a little bit of respect also for their clients. I had booked them 5 months prior to my wedding. Nitin is such a person who hides behind his wife, and doesn't have the courtesy to even talk to his clients. whenever we used to call him he used to tell I am busy and would ask his wife to call us back. when we tried to talk to him, he used to tell us that I only talk to the clients 10 days before, is this how you treat your clients?? Now their intention is very clear, they would speak to you so late so that they can blackmail at the end. Earlier I had a makeup- touchup for one of my function but due to omicron restrictions I had to reschedule my function so I asked them to give a full makeup instead of touchup. Taking advantage of our situation shikha(who was in talks with me) quoted a very high price for just my makeup, for my mother she quoted extra. When we refused her offer she tried negotiating the amount but we decided that we didn't want to go ahead with this, then she started with new level of harassment. She now tells us that she has another booking for the same evening and she will make me ready 2 hrs prior to my function because she has to leave for her other client. She didn't even try to understand our situation, how can a bride be ready 2 hrs before. She started forcing us to take options according to what is convenient to her. She is a very low level person, who doesn't even have the decency to talk properly. When we thought it was enough and we would not take it forward we asked for our refund but she being mean, manipulative lady told us it is your fault and the advance will not be refund. She harassed us to such a level that we had to look for a new makeup artist just 2 weeks before my wedding. I really regret my decision of choosing her. I have worked with other people also before but never found such a person. I would recommend other people also not to opt for her services because she will leave you high and dry at the end and I would not want any other bride to face what I did.

Nitin and his wife are highly unprofessional people. Would not recommend them for anything, especially your big day. We had to cancel 1 week before the wedding due to unreasonable conditions. We booked them for our wedding in Goa but they refused to be present at the wedding venue even when we had paid for flight and hotel cost. And they indicated additional charges for touch-up (which were very high) at the last moment. On top of that, they cheat you for money. After we had cancelled the booking, Nitin tried to use the flight tickets we had booked for his personal benefit. He went to the extent of calling the airline and rescheduling the flight that we had booked for him. DO NOT SPOIL YOUR BIG DAY (OR ANY DAY FOR THAT MATTER)!!!

Extremely horrible people. They even extort you for money. Had to cancel the booking and lost a ton of money.

Absolutely horrible experience.Worst place to book any birdal services If you are interested in playing blame game please get their services and enjoy the fun of being harassed. The owner shikha will start changing the time and putting her own conditions and put you in jeopardy since what can you do as you have paid the booking amount.Never recommend anyone for thier Big Day!

Worst decision to recommend this to my friend for her wedding 10 days before to the wedding they created such a fuss that she had to look for a new makeup artist and they did not even refund the booking amount even when the mistake was from their side. I will never recommend nitin and shikha to anyone in the future.

Highly unprofessional and extremely arrogant people. Even when we booked them for the whole day in another city, they said we cannot be present at the function the whole time, after getting the hotel and flight bookings from us. Heard similar stories from multiple sources after which we had to cancel the booking along with loosing the pre-booking money. Would never recommend such folks. They technically harass customers.

Worst experience I've ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and very unprofessional. I would never return to this salon or even recommend anyone even if they offered me a free services. They are desperate for customers still don’t know how to respect a customer.Such a unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable
