Trial Policy:

The trial session serves as an opportunity to collaborate and create your desired makeup look. It allows the clients to discuss the preferences, experiment with different styles, and make any necessary adjustments. The duration of the trial session is typically 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity of the look and your requirements. A separate trial fee will be charged, which covers her time, expertise, and the use of products and tools during the session. The trial fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to scheduling the trial.

Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule the booked session, kindly notify at least a week in advance. If the cancellation is made by the client the session fee will not be refundable. However, if the cancellation is done by us then any fees paid for the session will be fully refunded."
