I had ordered two sarees form maharani couture and both are of extremely bad quality and one is even incorrect. After this when they tried to contact they are not replying on Whatsapp or Instagram and have even blocked me .

Maharani couture what a fake people u r....I have not yet received my order ....it has been 20 days and complete 16,000 rupees online payment has been done....what a worst cheaters u are....plz don't buy anything from this collection...that r FAKE ....even after threatening to file a complaint in consumer forum no response....I have the payment slips and ur replies....bloody owner who owns this it better to beg rather than cheating....useless fellows....in all reviews u have explanation to all that 100% payment not done but in my case i did my 100% payment then why the material not reached...becoz of fake people like u idiots we can't trust online issues

This is the most pathetic experience ever for online shopping wih this store it is more than 4 days I am following up for credit note and courier confirmation but ther eis no response to calls emails messages on what's app. Most disgusting experience and stuff is also not as per the pictures. Hence I had to return. Can someone plz take he efforts to respond let he shop owner know how pathetic the response and the service

Based on the reviews I read about this company I was looking forward to getting a piece made for my wedding. Unfortunately, the situation turned out for lack of a better word "disastrous." I placed my order on October 26th, with confirmation that it would be ready by December 15th. I understand that COVID causes everyone delays but I was told on December 15th that the piece would be further delayed 10 days. My wedding was Jan 7/8. On December 26th one of my family members wrote into Ravi expressing our concerns that the piece was not complete. Ultimately the piece was completed on Jan 5th and was ready to be shipped out. When a bride is preparing for her wedding the last thing she wants is anxiety about the completion of her bridal wear. It was literally 2 days before my wedding (I wouldn't even had time for last minute alterations which is very common amongst all designers). I never received the piece as I was unwilling to pay the remainder of the fee on top of what was already a handsome deposit. I had hoped Mr. Ravi would be understanding but he was aggressively combative and not in the least sympathetic. Above all, he had the audacity to ask me for a wedding invitation, which I find exceptionally unprofessional- who does that and why is that the designers right? I found his attitude very threatening. On top of that, he assured me that no one reads negative reviews and what I would post wouldn't matter. I had such a pleasant experience working with other designers for my wedding attire- none of which lacked the kindness and understanding of the stresses a bride goes through (this was not the case for Mr. Ravi). I am a huge advocate of small businesses as I believe its important for local welfare. But in this case I would suggest to steer away from this company. Scam

Our experience was terrible with this company and would like to warn the public of it. We ordered a bridal outfit and a sari for the mother of the bride. Our order was delayed again and again with fair warnings from our side of the urgency. We finally got pictures of the finished outfit past the original wedding day. Also the photos that we received finally looked nothing like the order we placed. We would not want any bride/family to experience what we did. On placing the order, Ravi received 70% deposit from us. They are now not even returning our deposit. They are threatening us that neither the deposit nor the jora will be released without 100% payment. No bride should go through this nightmare. Pls be warned about this company. To top this instead of being apologetic, they are acting like bullies to get their way.

Please be exceptionally weary about this company. I put in an order two months in advance whilst in the USA preparing for my wedding in India. There were tremendous delays and I did not receive the outfit in time for the occasion. Ravi does not want to refund my money. I have filed an official complaint against the company.

Ravi and his team did an amazing job with my dress. I found my dress on Pinterest and wanted a replica of the dress for my reception. I was a little skeptical at first because I live in Canada and I wouldn’t be able to come see the dress in person before buying it but he sent me videos of the dress being made and answered questions that I had. Overall happy with the quality of the work!

Can't thank enough to maharani couture for this amazing outfit.Their attitude and service is satisfactory. I loved th their quick response. I loved how they understood my need and demand for the desired outfit and the results was amazingly beautiful. Everyone at my brother's wedding was in love with my outfit.
