I had booked Maharaja studio for my wedding photography. They are very professional and they are always very punctual of their work. They have done such an amazing work on the albums , reels, teaser and trailer . I just loved the way Pratik and his team works with client to get their big day make more big and beautiful. I just loved it.

I had an amazing experience with Maharaja Studio. One of Best studio of Bihar. I have booked them for my Wedding. They have done my Pre wedding & Wedding photoshoot. The whole journey has been so amazing. Pratik Bhaiya & his teammates are highly talented professional, work done by them are just wow... outstanding & mesmerizing. To whoever responded to my last review: Review on Date: 16/09/24 Anoop promised to give me highlight video and will make video using tilak photos because “all tilak clips were lost by you” and agreed to do some edits on photos. “But it never got delivered till today” (Do you want me to post whatsapp chats photos here?) “Anoop agreed that the highlight video which you delivered was crap and bad editing.” Kindly get you facts checked if you are not Anoop. Also Anoop told he updated the highlights and shared with Prateek but Prateek never contacted me and even I called me few times but no response. I had so much hope from you guys but seriously after this I lost my trust in you guys.

BAD EXPERIENCE, LOST TRUST, FAKE PROMISES, DELAYED DELIVERY, LOST DATA Okay, so let me tell you overall experience. My wedding was in December 2023. Booked Maharaja Studio after looking at reviews from wedmegood, Contact person was Prateek. Booked for all functions, budget they gave me 1.6lakhs (btw I am groom) **Deliverables:** Mostly things got delivered by end of April 2024 (4.5 months) They didn’t provide me any cinematography video for which I paid a lot when asked he told he will make 1 highlight video of approx 10 mins and give. Editing was a nightmare, i can do better editing than the way he edited highlight video. **Major Problems:** ***Attention*** My complete Tilak videos they lost it saying it got corrupted while copying. When I posted review earlier on this platform then one guy from this team named “Anoop” called me and kept his concern about review and assured me that he will deliver few this after proper editing an all in few days say weeks (June 2nd) Till today Aug 2nd, I didn’t get anything and there is always an excuse. Please make decisions carefully. I trusted them second time but I am disappointed again. Trust me this studio is not worth your time.

Future clients of Maharaja Studio deserve to know the reality behind their services, especially considering the reasons for deleting your old Google profile due to multiple negative comments. When someone hires you for their special day, it's a testament to the trust placed in you to capture moments that will be cherished for a lifetime. Unfortunately, in your case, several memories were marred. It's imperative to prevent such experiences from happening to others in the future. Let's address the concerns you've raised: Your initial falsehood: We paid 1.2 lac as you demanded, but you claimed it was only 1 lac. Should I provide screenshots? All transactions were done online. But the quality of your work and professionalism reflects of a 50k effort. Effort and Commitment: Despite your commitment to deliver everything within 3 months and a video of approximately 1.5 hours. your initial promises, the final video barely exceeded 30 minutes in length that too after 6 months, multiple calls and messages. This contradicts your own assurances. Photo Editing: Initially, we selected several photos and uploaded them to the drive. you just downloaded and updated in batch, which hardly took 10-15mins, Despite multiple requests neglecting issues like threads on faces and your team member in the edited photos. Video Editing: Despite clear instructions and detailed feedback on every edits, they were unable to do same thing. They just don't want to put efforts as they already got the money. I specifically requested changes consistent with those made in the trailer, to no avail. Missing rituals videos/photos: As you said you missed only SAMDHI MILAN, you might have forgot about VIDAI also, VAR Parichhan also, and more. When the team was staying at venue itself then they should have identified all the location before hand. And they could have coordinated with event manager. Better than lame excuses like TOO CROWDED. Professionals do carry such lenses so that it can capture in such scenarios as well. If you are one of them. Album Editing: Changes were requested once in clear points, if you are not really able to understand the issue in one shot then need to do schooling first before running a business. Regrettably, there were significant implementation issues. Choice of Photographer: As you said that the wedding was in a village (Sitamarhi, Bihar) so let me remind you its the same place where your family resides (unless you're under the impression you're a recently returned American), we opted for a local photographer. This decision was practical so that local photographers should know all the rituals to shoot and not a comparison of quality. Accommodation, Food, Travel: Your team was provided accommodation at the marriage venue and meals at my home upon their request. Accuracy matters, even in details like these. Color complexion issue: You are a photographer of BIHAR, where most of the person having dark complexion, even yours and this your issue. Its a big question to you, you call yourself a wedding photographer then BE AWARE OTHERS BEFORE HIRING. you can search some youtube tutorials how to select and edit single subject. If you have evidence supporting your claims, it would be more constructive to present it directly rather than diverting attention from these pertinent concerns.
