MS Printers consists of 2 people who run the shop, a son and his father. It was an utter disappointment getting the experience of this shop and these 2 men. I had been to this shop on Oct. 30th to print wedding card designs (I designed the card myself, just wanted to get it printed). 1. The father doesn't greet customers properly. He hardly looks in the eyes and mostly keeps dealing with piles of papers on the table. We had to sit in front of him for 30 minutes and he didn't say a single word. 2. The son, who had given us 5 minutes time came 30 minutes later and spent another 15 minutes doing random things and then talked to us. I had already shown him the design over WhatsApp. So I started confirming important things from him, like whether the design would be printed exactly the way it is or not. whether the patterns would get printed properly or not. He gave me a weak reply, "Yes.". They told us that they'll charge Rs. 300 for the sample if we wouldn't give them the order. I agreed. They asked us to visit them to see the printed sample the next day at the same time. From Oct. 31st to Nov. 3rd, the son kept delaying the sample on the call. He'd say, "Yes I'll check and call you back". He never called me back, only I did. 5 days had passed and I couldn't wait anymore. I chose to visit them. When I visited them, they actually didn't recognize me. Then they figured out and asked me to wait for the sample. The son opened my design and started tweaking it in front of me! So, he hadn't touched the design in 5 days. He started messing up with the pattern, changing the fonts. I asked him not to change the fonts, to which he said he doesn't have that font. The font I am talking about is "Trajan", which every wedding card designer keeps. I asked him whether they could print the design as it is or not (which I had confirmed on the first day)... they said no, a blunt NO. The father repeated the reply and I left the shop. Extremely ordinary, unprofessional, shameful people.
