Worst! They will try to put other vendors down for promoting their own services. I tried to book them. Charmi didn't receive my call and Aditi later called me back after 2 days. Meanwhile I already booked someone else. And then Charmi called me after a while and started back bitching about the other Mehendi artist I booked. Charmi claimed that my artist is unprofessional and will not come herself instead send someome else. She will make excuses about her 2 year old's health and cancel on me last minute. That my advance has gone waste. She made me feel like did the biggest mistake of my life. I am married today with great Mehendi designed by my artist (not Charmi and Aditi) and am glad I didn't choose them.

I found Charmi through an online website. I wasn’t much into Mehendi ! But when the girls came over and did my Mehendi I was so pleased with it ! Charmi and Aditi did my mehendi for both my engagement and wedding and I must say design apart it was a fun experience. They improvise any design upto the musings and whims of the bride (which I made them do quite a lot)... never did they once complain. While browsing online portfolios before my wedding, i saw hundreds of images but once i saw Charmi's work , i knew that i would not be Happy with anyone else. When it comes to mehendi artistry, there is absolutely nobody better than Charmi. She offers a wide variety of exquisite themes and designs to choose from so every bride can find something that suits their personality. She also customizes her own designs: i wanted a mixture of certain motifs ( i love the bride,groom peacock, lotues) and she took my vision and created the most exquisite mehendi i have ever seen. I had an outstation wedding and got my mehendi done by Charmi 3days in advance so i was worried about the Colour fading by the main event (travel + Washing up etc) but the mehendi turned out almost black and stayed black-oxblood for 10 days and started fading slowly after almost 2.5 weeks. Every single person i met while i had my mehendi on asked me where i got it done from because both the pattern + the colour were superb. You could see every little details and she incorporated madhubani designs with her famous parrot design for the back of my arms. I think the fact that charmi uses herbal, all natural mehendi is extremely important. She cares about her clients and she makes sure to only use of the highest quality ingredients. I have very sensitive skin and this is the first time in my life that i had a new substance applied to my skin and thete was no adverse reaction. I followed her instruction for post application care and kept my mehendi for around 5 hours. And the result were magnificent. Charmi is a true artist but more then that, she is a very lovely person. I was suggested Charmi by my would-be-husband(then) for my wedding mehandi as he had seen the posts from Charmi & always loved the designs! We never met and just had conversations over the phone, but when we met it was another story, the instant connect showed in her creativity with the mehendi. I was searching online for a decent and a different mehendi artist... by different I meant I didn’t want an old cliche design... so kept searching for like 15 days.. and finally I found Charmi... and there it was... the first design I saw of hers and it was decided... Charmi it has to be for my wedding... talking to her and sorting things out for my bridal mehendi and mehendi for the siders was so Hastle free with her and her team...it was very sweet of her to come home 10 days prior to decide the timings .... the best part was they had adjusted their timing according to mine ... the colour of the mehendi was too good... overall a superb experience having them to put mehendi for me and my family on my special day!!!! Thanks once again all of you !!!!

For my daughters wedding we had booked charmi and her team for bridal &mehendi party.she had managed our full mehendi function very well n excellent bridal mehendi.highly recommend her.

I?m very particular about my mehendi...so i had told her exactly on the phone what I wanted for my wedding mehendi...she came on time with her partner, mixed the mehendi in front of us...they were such sweet people to talk to and amazing artists...the details and shading and portraits were so beautiful...and I had already loved their designs before on their page...I wanted a madhubani type mehendi with animals, paw prints and portraits of the dulha dulhan but in maharashtrian style...and they did an amazing job...the mehendi color was beautiful and dark...and the smell lasted for like 4-5 days...the mehendi itself stayed on for like 10-15 days... I totally recommend these guys for your functions, cuz my mehendi got a lot of compliments, even after my marriage...Also they are reasonable, so 1 more plus point...

I loved her mehendi at my wedding... the design was delicate and beautiful. Exactly what i asked for. She was very quick as well which was the best part. Also my sisters mehendi was amazing... v absolutely loved it... i would definitely recommend heR to anyone whoz getting married.

Her work is very good, however, I did feel cheated on what she communicated and what she delivered in price. I felt the whole process wasn't transparent from the artist side in terms of the amount charged
