Drishti’s engagement makeup services are second to none! Wasn’t lucky enough to have her for the wedding day sadly, but definitely the engagement look was my favourite out of all! Her ability to strike the perfect balance between sophistication and glamour results in looks that leave a lasting impression. Plus, her friendly disposition and professionalism make the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

From travelling so far early morning to be at my location at 5am and being there on time, I was quite impressed by the professionalism. She' made me look so flawless and natural. The ultimate bridal makeup experience a bride could ask for. When I started initially contacting a few MUAs for research and to understand compatibility, none gave me the feels other than Drishti. She's such a breath of creativity. All her looks are unique, classy, and make you feel unbelievably comfortable and glowing with happiness. Drishti is a true artist and an absolute gem :) Seriously, I felt like a million bucks on my wedding day, all thanks to her incredible talent and sweet personality. From the moment I had introductory call with her, 1 knew l was in good hands. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and somehow managed to exceed my expectations. My makeup was flawless, natural-looking yet stunning, and it lasted through hours of ceremonies and I still looked fresh for my evening reception. And my hair! I swear, l've never seen it look so beautiful. She and her team worked their magic and created the most elegant hairstyle that perfectly complemented my saree and veil. It stayed perfectly in place all day long, despite the summer season and all the hugs I received. Beyond her skills, she was an absolute joy to be around! She kept me calm and relaxed throughout the process, and her positive energy was contagious. It felt like having a close friend by my side, cheering me on.

Extremely disheartened by my overall experience! I initially booked her services after being impressed by her work on Instagram, holding high expectations. However, she turned out to be an unapproachable makeup artist. Attempts to communicate through messages and calls were met with silence, which was both rude and disrespectful. Despite contemplating canceling, I decided to clarify her interest in doing my makeup during a call. She took control of the situation, and I proceeded without canceling anything. However, several factors led me to share this review. 1. While the makeup was satisfactory, she utilized the airbrush instrument for a mere 2-4 minutes, charging an additional 5,000 INR, bringing the total to 30,000 INR. 2. Despite expressing my concerns about the light lip shade, she dismissed them, assuring adjustments if necessary. Unfortunately, I regretted trusting her judgment when numerous people commented on the overly light lipstick, even questioning if I had forgotten to apply one. This discrepancy was glaringly evident in the photographs. 3. After several attempts to retrieve the pictures she took, I received no response. After two months, she replied, directing me to message her another number. This proves that she has no respect for other's time. 4. When I inquired about bringing photographers for the bridal photoshoot at her studio, she upfrontly denied me but later allowed other brides to do the same, as evident in posts from photographers tagging her in pictures taken at her studio. I am baffled by her biased behavior, especially when I maintained a positive demeanor. Unfortunately, this experience leads me to believe that she is inherently classist. There are many good makeup artists in Dehradun who are way better in their customer relationship. Furthermore, it appears that her interest is primarily piqued when dealing with clients in grand villas, creating an unsettling bias in her service approach. Not recommending her!
