Wouldn't recommend her for anybody's bridal makeup. I had booked her for two of makeups on my wedding day - day makeup and night makeup. The day make-up she did was mediocre. the saree draping was done very shabbily. She took 100% advance claiming that, that's how she has been operating till now. I was hesitant to pay her all upfront, but I still did it anyway because I never thought of what was coming. So the real problem was the night make-up which was for my reception. Leena Khandekar, even after taking 100% advance NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE NIGHT make-up. Can you believe that? She sent her newbie assistant with no experience. Needless to say, my makeup was gone horribly wrong. The make-up didn't match my skin tone and it made me look worse. I was so disheartened looking at the make-up and the way my lehenga dupatta was draped. I could not hold my tears as my big day was spoiled. I don't blame the newbie assistant because it was clear that she is not trained enough. But I blame Leena because she was unprofessional and didn't not even have the courtesy to inform me that she cannot make it for the makeup. She lacked the common sense to send an experienced makeup artist. First of all, she CANNOT be absent, if she had already promised to come herself, and then if she could not make it, she should have atleast sent someone credible enough to do the work. I really DESPISE her for spoiling my big day. She is the WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL so-called Make-up artist. Just don't hire her, she is not worth it. I repeat, DO NOT HIRE HER, unless you want to spoil your big day.
