Deciding to work with Lavanya and her team at Komo was one of the best decisions we made. Lavanya was great from the get go. She tried to understand us and our events better from the start which made the experience feel more personal. She helped answer all our questions during the decision making process. Her communication was prompt even though we planned from opposite time zones. She sent us a questionnaire closer to the wedding which helped us so much more for the planning process and made us think of stuff we hadn’t thought about before. That also made planning with her easier. She met us before the wedding to understand the flow of events better. This also was a good small touch as it made us more comfortable with her rather than the day of the wedding being our first time meeting. Her team was always on time not just on the day of the events but also in delivering the final products. Lastly, there’s not enough good things I can say here about the final product! The photos are so good. They literally captured the feel of the wedding! We were not at all “naturals” when it came to being in front of the camera, but don’t worry, Lavanya and her team are naturals at being behind the camera!! All our family and friends also loved our photos and said they were able to re-live the events through the photos. I must also add that Lavanya shared a slideshow of our photos with us- now this was a great touch; A. Because it was not part of the deliverable she was obligated to give us and B. Because it was so well done and so well arranged with audio tracks that it really made for a wonderful watch an amazing snippet of the events! I am super thankful to Lavanya and her team and would strongly recommend her to anyone!

Love love loved our photos and video from Lavanya & her team. They felt like one of our friends capturing the wedding celebrations rather than vendors. Will cherish the experience and the images for a lifetime! It’s a huge relief and a load off your mind when you’re dealing with a professional and friendly photographer. The wedding planning process will demand a lot from you, but one thing we didn’t have to worry about was photography & films once we had Lavanya on board. Cannot recommend her enough.

We had the best experience working with her – from the first call, through all the planning right until we received the video and images. We were in tears watching the photos! You will be too.

Best team ever & best decision we made for our wedding was having Lavanya photograph it. We aren’t particularly camera friendly (bordering on camera shy) and it didn’t feel like we were being photographed as such but yet she manged to capture us in our element and just having a blast. She was also a huge help during the planning process as well as on the day of our wedding amidst all the chaos. She was always calm, friendly and worked non-stop. This is who you’re looking for to capture the madness that is a wedding day.

Despite months of preparation, getting married in January 2022 was exceedingly tough due to covid, especially since I was residing outside of India. Lavanya, though, was the only thing that remained simple and trouble-free. The first thing that caught my eye was "documenting your offbeat wedding," and it's safe to say that I instantly fell in love with her photos. Lavanya was outstanding from the first phone contact. Lavanya and her team were really kind and appreciative of the fact that we as a couple are very shy and awkward, and the photos nearly brought us to tears. Lavanya was the kindest to work with the music I had in mind for the video, and what a video! Additionally, I also have to point out how prompt she is in delivering the images and the video. In fact, she is so amazing that she had them ready before time! Lavanya is definitely a wizard and is now officially our family wedding photographer! Most significantly, Lavanya is such a sweet, kind, and considerate person. We wish to interact with her more in the future so we can get to know her better and recognise the amazing work she does! ❤️
