Knot So Special takes care of all the little details at your wedding, where the team of Knot So Special manages all the burden and stress of weddings such as managing: Vendor management, Guests management, Entertainment design & choreography, Transport & logistics management, Food & beverage management, Signages and stationery for the event, Wedding stationery, Styling & fashion consultant, On-site support staff. Decoration and wedding management is their USP. They have inhouse decor done by their team, but you are free to work with other decorators as well.
They charge a fixed fee for planning and are willing to travel anywhere in Jaipur to turn your wedding into a dreamy affair. They say that if something is too good to be true, it’s probably not. Usually, that is true. With Priti and the whole Knot So Special team, it is not. They exceeded all of our expectations by leaps and bounds. I still don’t exactly understand how she managed to take care of so many things. I mean it when I say that our wedding simply would not have been possible without Priti. We were in the United States until about a week from our wedding. Priti was our brain, eyes, and ears on the ground while we were in the United States. She was responsive, organized, understanding, and so honest. I never once felt let on or taken advantage of. On top of that, she did so much planning and coordination. She was also immensely helpful after we arrived and helped us take care of all our loved ones’ travel needs and questions. She worked tirelessly during all phases of planning and execution of the wedding. Priti is worth her weight in gold, yet only accepts a fraction of it for payment. She is now a part of our family, and we can’t recommend her and her team highly enough.

I am based in Canada, and Priti & Ashish helped me plan my wedding in Delhi over the course of multiple months in 2023. I cannot say enough good things about this team. I worked more closely with Priti through the planning. She accommodated all my requests, gave sound advice when I struggled to make decisions and was available when I needed her, even with the time difference. She was always mindful of my requirements (e.g., budget, location, aesthetic) and negotiated with vendors solidly to make my vision a reality. Her calm composure & can-do attitude made her a joy to work with. Ashish stepped in to help with location scouting and managing the event during the wedding dates. He is easy to work with, transparent and very professional. He knows how to get the job right. Priti & Ashish are truly a dream team. Our planning process was not without hurdles - in fact, a few months before the wedding we were unsure if the wedding could even happen due to visa issues between India & Canada! Despite the uncertainty, the Knot So Special team remained steadfast, managed vendors smoothly and got us through the tough times. I can't imagine having planned my wedding with a better team. All the guests were complimenting the setup of the events. I have endless gratitude for this team for making my wedding so successful -- thank you Priti & Ashish!
