I wish I read these review before ordering!! I ordered my lehenga 2 months before my event and Ridhi reassured that it would be guaranteed delivered on time. But it wasn't! She was not responsive and later when I bombarded her with messages, she replied with one words and lied that it was sent but I got the message from DHL that it was picked up days after she promised that the item was sent. I am so disappointed that I spent quite a lot of money for a lehenga that I planned on wearing to my best friend's wedding but couldn't. I wish I could return my lehenga! Never ever going to order from here again. If you reaaally want to order from here, order monthssss ahead.

TERRIBLE customer service/business/human. She’s so so unprofessional and rude. Ridhi is the owner and I ordered a custom lehenga on May 5th, 2022 for a wedding on June 16th. She said she can make the lehenga look exactly like the one I wanted and it will be delivered by the date I needed. She told me she will send me updates & photos on May 26th, she never did and kept replying with one word answers saying “soon”. I asked a few days later again, and then another week later, and by this point we were cutting it close to June 16th and she kept saying “soon” and doesn’t reply until days later and replied saying “I read the messages! I’m only arranging pictures for you.” As if she’s doing me a favor. I asked again when it will be delivered and when I can have photos & she responded “yeah yeah”. She shared photos with me THE DAY before the wedding, it was not shipped yet and I am located in the US while she is in India. The lehenga was NOTHING like what I asked. Completely different color, design, the lehenga skirt fabric color did not even match the blouse. I was so upset. She acknowledged that it’s different and said she’ll refund me. I initially gave her a deposit of $140 when she agreed she could make the dress. She made me pay on an app called Remitly & told me not to pay as a “business” and pay as “personal” transaction to her. NOTE: doing this, I had to pay a fee instead of HER paying the fee, not paying as a business means she won’t have to pay taxes or any type of fees which was so unfair to me because i didnt know id have to pay extra. Anyways, she initially only paid me back $115. I told her I paid $140 & she said “that’s the best I can do” & started losing her temper and said “MY BUSINESS SAYS NO REFUND!” When I was nothing but patient and kind to her. I had the receipts of me paying $140 and told her not I’m accepting $115, she then proceeded to call me a liar and also say “when did you pay me 140, you’re disgusting that’s so weird and embarrassing. You want extra money lol” I then sent her screenshots of the transaction of $140 and told her I’m leaving reviews of how she’s treating me. She QUICKLY changed her attitude and said “please relax I’ll do something you’re just hyper” I told her she’s so unprofessional it’s unbelievable and I’m leaving reviews where she proceeded to say “you have to relax you’re impossible. I don’t need this shit” She then sent me $20, so I was refunded $135. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, please try and find other Indian shops. Please go to someone who cares and is more professional and kind.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I literally feel like I had to beg her to do her job. Seller agreed to have my order here on time prior to the event, but I had to be the one to text her to ship it out a week before I needed it here (no tracking number provided so you will have no idea where your package is). You will receive no updates on how your outfit looks if you made any customizations and if you’re lucky, you’ll get a one worded response to your text because she’s too “busy” responding to other clients (she doesn’t do phone calls-only text). There are thousands of other Indian vendors who actually put in effort to make you an outfit of your choice at a better price point and actually care about their customer. Take your money to someone who cares about you!!

customer service isn't great. Single word updates on orders without info, no tracking number given after you pay for the order and delivery. Committed to having order delivered prior to a certain date, but no idea where order is 4 days out.. While their collection looks great on instagram, would not recommend if you need something in timely manner.
