Excruciating experience - This rating is because I am so disappointed in Karan Grover - the owner of Karan Grover Photography. I have known him since his student days and also gave him a chance for product shoots for my business - I hired him for my wedding due to his good work and an eye for detail but to my disappointment, it's been 6 months and he is MIA on my wedding teaser, some photo edits and wedding album. He doesn't pick up calls or answer texts or emails. This is after I have referred him to my family and friends too - I am forced to wonder if this is how years of trust is paid by this team. Do your due diligence before hiring!
