I shopped for my wedding at this shop and they stole from me. I received my wedding clothes on the eve of my wedding with no time to do alterations. I paid extra for a long veil which was never delivered. The wedding has already happened. I have been following up with this shop for over 7 months now and every time they find an excuse to make us wait promising the refund will be made. I finally got fed up and reached out to their Instagram page and commented on their post (the comment which is now taken down by the owner) to get an update. Their response is I'm not eligible for a refund because this is a very old order. In what country is this legal? They don't deliver what I paid for and I've been following up since day 1, the delay occurring on their side, making us waste our time and mentally harassing us by making fake promises to only end up gaslighting us? This company is a fraud. Poor customer service, lack of accountability and no morals at all. I don't recommend supporting such an unethical business.

Terrible experience and extremely rude behaviour! I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this store. I had high expectations for my sangeet night and my request to accomodate a lehenga change was met with complete disregard. I placed an order in the evening and On the very next working day, within the first 5 minutes of opening, I humbly asked for an exchange due to family dissatisfaction. Instead of showing empathy, the team displayed indifference, rude behaviour and outright refusal by putting down the phone on my face. As a customer, I expected a level of respect and understanding, especially when it comes marriages where every bride wants everything to be perfect and always has many confusions specially about the dresss she is supposed to wear. This experience tarnished what should have been a joyous occasion. I cannot in good conscience recommend this store to anyone else in my family, let alone others reading this… Bride-to-be, beware: please do not get befooled by the warmth shown while selling the lehenga! Expect imposition of choices and zero flexibility!!! In the end, they will call you ‘FICKLE MINDED’ and put down the phone on your face. Worst store experience in my entire wedding shoping experience.
