Kalash Cards

I am from New Zealand and got my wedding cards made from Kalash Cards in Delhi. All communication was done via Watsapp. The person i dealt with was so lovely and really went out of his way to help me make the cards i wanted despite communication at some points being hard. I really appreciate their work and most importantly how lovely he was to deal with. We received many compliments on our wedding cards. Guests were really amazed by the card and that is exactly what we were after. A wedding card is the first impression your guests have on your wedding and this was definitely a great first impression.

We went to Kalash Cards based on the other reviews we read here. We were attended to Akshat and he was hardly the best customer care one could hope for. The shop boasts many designs but the staff is unable to understand what you want and insists on showing you what they think you might be willing to spend. We ordered 125 cards of a particular design. Upon delivery the product was faulty and looked terrible. The pasting of the cover was peeling off and the printing of the material inside was smudged. We were told that this was because the work was outsourced and the material was handled carelessly by the outsourced labour. Disappointed we sent the cards back to be fixed. However, the damage had been done and the cards - pasted badly, looking really bad and shoddy were returned to us in plastic envelopes. Despite acknowledging that there was fault at their end they merely apologised and have ruined something which took days to finalize with their shop in the first place. What other reviews will not tell you is that there is no place to finalize the matter at their shop and you have to go inside the lanes of chawri bazar to sit at a computer with people who are busy not listening to you. I spent one whole day coordinating the matter on the phone and despite my specific instructions and a lot of back and forth on the card contents there are still some errors which are once again non-rectifiable. Overall a very disappointingly day terrible experience. I do not recommend the shop. Unless of course you have all the time in the world to chase after mediocrity.

Had a great experience.. helpful staff, multiple options and designs for every budget and a completely hassle free experience. Results turned our exactly as the design selected.
