Couldn’t have asked for a better team than Karen and Ivan for our wedding. I knew I wanted to book KV even before I had a wedding date or a venue. Their work is exceptional and it was a delight working with them. We had ideas and they brought every single one of them to life. I can not think of anything that we would’ve done differently for any of the functions. Their day of coordination services were also absolutely worth it - every little thing was taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about anything - a big thanks to Adarsh!! We 100% recommend booking KV, you aren’t gonna regret it.

Only three words for anyone looking to work with this amazing amazing team - BOOK THEM NOW!! Saying they are good at what they do is an understatement - they are the absolute best! Every detail was meticulously planned and they would go to great lengths to make things happen and pull it off in style. They are also the most supportive, understanding and accommodating team you can find. No amount of thank yous are enough for Karen, Ivan, Adarsh, Allen and the whole team, but I'll say it once again anyway - THANK YOU!!

So happy to have worked with Karen, Ivan and the team. The decor was just what I wanted minimal, chic and gorgeous. They know what looks best in Goa. We discussed everything in detail months before the wedding and it was a treat to the eyes to see everything perfect on the big day. Their coordination team also helped us with vehicle coordination with the goa cab drivers etc from the other hotel (which is a draconian task in itself). All in all, I had the wedding of dreams and thanks for making it possible :)

First thing I would like to say is we were lucky to come across their work & finalise them for our wedding decor. They had very little time to plan our wedding because we approached them late. But the way Karen & Ivan pulled off things in such a short span was really impressive. Right from their first presentation we were 100% convinced & we went ahead with them without giving a second thought. And I would say we took the best decision. From planning to little details and premium decor they always communicated with us clearly and put in efforts to understand us & our requirements. Whatever we asked for they were always there to help us out. After having disappointing experience with a vendor we hired before KV, we were looking for genuine and honest team to work with and KV was right up there. KV Designs & Decor came like a blessing to us. Now the most important thing, we were dazzled by the decor on the wedding day. Decor for all events was so amazing and we were really happy. We came across KV Decor through instagram and then visited their website to know about their work in detail. We were impressed by their work and we are glad we chose them. Karen and Ivan were very professional and extremely helpful. They were always clear as to what our vision was for the decor. They even came up with ideas to enhance it. They shared every minute details of their work. We loved their way of working and were very sure that we are in safe hands. We hired KV decor for our daughter’s marriage in November 2019 . We had certain look and feel in our mind which was a blend of tropical boho vibe which was not a typical straight from Pinterest and Karen & Ivan truly understood what we were actually looking for! We wanted a very minimalist décor for all the wedding events, especially the nuptial ceremony. Karen did a great job with the décor. But, it is a little difficult to work with the team, which was not very cooperative.Source

Karen and Ivan did a fantastic job in putting our wedding events together! Since we were planning our wedding from abroad, for us the most important thing was how responsive and professional the two of them were - not once did we have to chase them for information, which was a huge relief. In terms of decor, they nailed our reception decor and we couldn't have asked for anything better! We are massively late in writing this review (our wedding was in November 2019), but for anyone who is looking to hire a wedding decorator (once COVID is behind us), we would highly recommend this couple and their company to fulfill your wedding decor dreams. Karen & Ivan helped us achieve our dream wedding! Working with them was an incredible experience, they were the only wedding planners that we talked to who knew how to do more with less. It was not just the outcome that was magical, with every little detail planned to perfection but the process that made every moment leading up to the big day filled with excitement. Planning and creating the whole decor plan with Karen was a breeze. She understood the vision we had, and created a detailed plan that helped us imagine how things would look like. Every space was envisioned with brilliance; vintage and retro elements were revived with freshness of the flora, colors and textures were incorporated to juxtapose beautifully with the green surroundings, making the final outcome setting open, warm and filled with life. We wanted a minimalist look that would represent our personalities, help us achieve the understated ambience and enhance the natural beauty of our venue. Karen & Ivan not only understood what we wanted but believed in it themselves. It's a blessing when you meet someone who makes the journey worthwhile. For logistics, Ivan was always on top of things and super patient with our requests until the last minute. With regular calls and detailed spreadsheets for each aspect, we knew how things were progressing during the planning phase, and what was required.
