As a bride no one wants to deal with stress before their wedding day, but that's the only thing this experience has given me. My fiancé and I had booked with them as a few family members had worked with them and was provided great service. They were extremely great during the shoot and provided the pictures a week after which was awesome. A month later we had contacted their office manager who is extremely lovely to work as there was a huge delay with the mini video and at that point, we no longer had desire for it. The office manager had stated that the video was sent with the images, however my fiancé and I looked, and nothing was attached at the time pictures were sent. When we took a look at the video it was nothing of what we expected. It was extremely gloomy and looked like it was made in 5 minutes and on top of that they used the incorrect song. The next day I asked the manager to have the owner call me and he was nothing but disrespectful on the call. He decided to fix the video as he stated," he only has time today". I had told him that I was at work multiple times and felt like he was rushing me to decide if it was ok or not. I had asked him to make changes four times as the contract didnt specify that I was only allowed to make a certain number of changes. After he made the last change, he told me that this would be the last change he was making and would be deleting the footage. As the contract states they keep footage for 4-5 weeks. At that point I had liked the final edit, but there were still a few changes I wanted to make. So, I deiced to ask if I could buy the raw footage. The office manager sent an updated contract indicating it would be "$400.00" to buy the footage. I asked her if this was the actual price or if this was a fabricated price. It was diffuclt working with someone who had a different vision from what we wanted. I was happier when I received the final edit, but please do all your research when hiring vendors for your big day.
