We went on our wedding adventure in Switzerland with Team JJP as our photographer/videographer, and it was was such a good decision. Jackson & the whole team was nothing short of amazing during the whole process: kind, professional, helpful, flexible, resilient in overcoming obstacles, and obviously so very talented. Not only is the end result stunning, the journey was a fun & wholesome one, and we became friends through the process. They managed to capture our important moments with delicacy, creativity, so much beauty, and made us feel comfortable along the way. Thank you so much JJP team. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking to capture their wedding day in a beautiful, candid & artistic way.

First off I can’t thank Jackson’s team enough for the wonderful job they did for my wedding. Planning the entire wedding from outside india was tough. I had been following Jackson since covid and I had a tough time picking between two final vendors but Jackson’s videos were what helped me make the final decision in their favor. Not only was he easy to reach but also I thought their price points were very fair. On the first day, I just had the core team who were also the 3 main people on the wedding day. They are the SWEETEST people I’ve ever met in my life. And this is something that is not only coming from me but my entire family. . “The photography team were amazing” was something I heard from most of the close family members. It clearly shows that they love what they do and are so committed to getting you the best pictures. I had to tell them “enough please go home” but they said “no let’s take one last picture”. Rains pretty much ruined everything on the wedding day but they still made the best of it, motivated my husband and me and made sure we got the best pictures. They were punctual and always on time. Initially I was hesitant to pick out of state photographers( the wedding was in Bangalore) but after meeting them I was so comfortable around them. So adjusting and the kindest people you’ll ever meet. I'm so glad I chose them. Pretty sure I'll have them cover my brothers wedding too.

!!!!!!!In my opinion, jackson james photography team has the WORST customer service ever!!!!!!!! I contacted them for quotations, and I was asked to write them a WhatsApp message. After I sent all the details about the wedding, there was no response for five days, but I still politely called them and reminded them twice for two consecutive days, but still, there was no response from them. After that when I texted them that this experience was very disappointing despite my constant reminders, they had the AUDACITY TO SEND A THUMBS UP. This simply shows that, their attitude towards customers is absolutely DISGUSTING. they DO NOT CARE about OR RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Pretty sure I made it rather difficult for him by being super awkward in front of the camera. I have no idea how they managed to click such lovely pictures with a bride and groom who couldn't be more awkward in front of the camera. Thanks to Jackson I'll always remember myself as a bride who just couldn't stop laughing or smilingSource

When it comes to choosing a wedding photographer, I find it to be a tedious task since the only thing that remains years after the marriage are the images and the memories. So when it came to my brother's wedding I was adamant that he should get the best and me being a wedding planner and have worked with most of the biggest photo/video brands , having Jackson James cover the wedding was a must and now when we look back at the whole wedding planning process we can definitely say that choosing him was the best decision we made. The images have come out so beautifully that we cannot stop looking at them. He gets along so well with the family that none of us felt he was new or a third person entirely and we never even felt uncomfortable while being clicked. Unlike the normal companies who dump like 20-30gb of raw images after the wedding, he sorted out the best of images and edited those and shared it with us, which is the best thing to do since it makes things easier for the couple and the family. So thank you once again Jackson James for being part of my brothers wedding and capturing it beautifully. We love you loads!!!! Cant wait to see you at the next one :) - The Netticadan Family :*

. This small wonder is one if the greatest find during my wedding research work. Someone who manages to capture almost everything from action to emotion and the best part is he doesnt ask you to pose nor does he wiggle around disturbing anybody. He is just there omnipresent

It was an amzing experience with the team. Can't ask for better than this.it really is quite satisfactory! We are now more of friends now. We had given them no instruction during the event and had given them free hand to work. the end result was amazing. And kudos to its talented staff
