I would lik to narrate this incident about choosing this studio for my daughters bday photography.. I spoke to mr Alex via phone and asked him regarding the pricing which he obliged to 6300 as it was at home with a gathering of 12 ppl.. and he did mention that he s charging less cuz business is down with corona.. he spoke very well and agreed and he sent John to the bday party and everything went well.. John was good and he was the reason I zeroed in on jaasiel studio as he had done my daughters new born photo shoot... Well wen I saw the photos I just felt that John had forgotten to take photos of my baby with my parents and in goodwill just mentioned it to Alex saying it should be the photographer proactively taking photos since everyone will be busy with the baby and party... he just went berserk and started talking rudely saying that u have included cake mash in the bday which is extra charge and The time got extended !!!!!.. well can one stick to a time frame with first bday photography ???? . anyone who is a professional doing baby photos wouldnt complain of time very well knowing how babies are and secondly telling cake mash is not included in the package... wat do u mean mr Alex?? Should I let my child not cake mash her bday cake on her bday ?? But just to fancy ur extra charge notion do it another day!!!!.. whatever!!!!!! so finally I did pay 5k to him as asked and he himself mentioned remaining 1300 after album which is 10 pages HD( plz note I have paid him lik he asked ) for 40 photos. I selected 60 photos and tol him u pick and even if it’s extra pages il pay ... He did a good job at editing and 4 pages were extra... n mentioned 2500 as total cost.. almost double !!!!( 1300 -10pgs) I just asked him why 1200 extra for 4 pages again he went berserk and saying the same story of cake mash.. time..blah blah..also said that I asked him for the draft and made few changes in the final edit .... of course I will want changes.., it’s my album after all... mr Alex has to do it the way I lik it!!! I am the consumer... so rudely and loudly he just started arguing saying he mentioned 1600 and not 1300... y will I be mistaken ( plz note the way he has changed the price) ... and totally blaming me telling I have been negotiating... I just asked and I had no issues of paying extra for his work... but sooo damn rude.. he went ahead saying if u want take it at 2500 otherwise leave it !!!... who says that ???... totally uncouth... Mind you I had no issues with paying the extra bucks... had mr Alex conveyed it politely... this review is just for the unprofessional that he is... I just realised that there is no use trying to argue with this guy and den went ahead and payed him..... But to my dismay I got cheap quality photoalbum..where the print quality is soo bad.. wen he agreed to the job he said HDquality and this no where near to it..... ( did cost cutting as u all know) I don’t condemn the photography work he does but the way he conducted with me and my family... My REQUEST to everyone who would lik chose them anyway is have everything Mr alex says in print cuz all of them are nice when they want the project but once the ball is in their court u have no say ....he is not a man of his words.. an absolute unprofessional!!!!!
