They showed us their porfolio and so we chose them and trusted them. We got the venue open at 7 am as they asked… they reached around 9:15…. Guests who arrived at 11 also said that they dint know this was a event venue bcoz nothing was done the entrance was not done… they showed contrasting banners gave one solid color…. The absolute worst part was the stage… the supposed stage was supposed to have cushions and a three gaddi s… the reality was they gave some very thin mattresses and some whitw pillows without a case and some random carpet which looked dirty… and the flowers they put on the arches was good but the whole venue became dirty.. and then they refused to clean it… the bride of the occasion had to come and tell before they made any conscious efforts to change anything… there was no cale cutting table … pillow covers were made by cutting the curtains into small pieces…my request is tell the truth and show tthe reality. Dont show something and do something else. It’s disrespectful for everyone involved.

Seeing their amazing pictures and portfolio, I counted on them for my engagement day when I had very good offers from other decorators as well. Kushal Arya had coordinated with me who was extremely soft spoken and looked confident while assuring me that everything I had asked for could be done. I had three other offers for my requirement in 15000, 12000 and 10000 but I got swayed by their portfolio. I paid them advance and they also came to see the venue. Everything was explained time and again and images were shared. However, Kushal took no measures on the day of engagement, that was yesterday. My reference photo resembled no where to the decoration I received and all he said was because no one was there to tell them how to decorate, things got messed up. He actually suggested if I could stand and instruct and get the decorations done on my instruction on my day of engagement. Not only that, they were supposed to come at 6-7a.m. but only arrived at 9:15a.m. and we're still decorating till 12p.m. while my aashirbaad ceremony started. They could not provide the sofa but told me of giving nice gadda with cushion. However, what they gave me was only a thin white comforter material and a dirty floor rug. I told him the gadda will be covered in yellow and decorated with pink cushions but they only kept some pillows in dirty white covers. Not only that, the floor had leftovers of decoration material, leaves, flowers, ruffles, lying all around and they clearly said that their responsibility was to decorate and not clean so they will not even clean the dirt they have created while decoration. My entire day was messed up and so was my mood. They also said they will provide a cake table but they had no option and did not even bother to inform me till we were in the middle of the ceremony and went for the cake cutting. It was a bizzare. I deducted 2000 of the total money decided but even that amount wasn't worth it. I regret deciding them for my ceremony. I got all the lame excuses like unavailability of labour and everything. If they can't manage bookings, they shouldn't take in the first place. Also, he is an extremely soft spoken and well behaved man and will show you the best of images and presentations to lure you. Sadly, nothing of it come out during the event. I am sharing a few pictures. You will notice how shabby the floor looks and tell me if it all has any gadda there... Also, they yellow cloth used for the backdrop is not even high enough. Choose your decorator and wedding planner carefully. I am unable to even upload the pictures. However, I am hoping that they are new in the business so there were problems but they can work upon them. They need time and supervision, hence, I see there is scope for their improvement if only they can input their customer feedback reviews into action. I will request anyone who hires them to avoid such mistakes like we did and completely leave it on them, after all it's your hard earned money. Do oversee and guide them strictly well in advance if you are planning to work with them. I am still hoping that they will come out stronger, better and brighter when it comes to good work for the future. I am in media and television so I could have easily hired an art director for this but I still chose them for their portfolio. Hence, don't be blinded by portfolios. Verify and oversee each and every thing yourself. Hoping them to improve their services in the future with good work.
