Most unprofessional team ever. There executive Mohit took the order from us and did all the commitments and later when the order was supposed to be delivered there team denied everything and mohit flew to us and didnt repind to any of our calls.

Getting my wedding cards done by Izhaar was such a surreal experience. I wanted my wedding card to tell a story and they exactly did that. The variety they have in designs is vey up-to-date and classy. I would definitely recommend other people who are about to get married to go to Izhaar and experience the magic they create. They are truly the storytellers of the celebration world!

We heard great things about them so tried them for an order. We had such a pathetic experience wih them. They are the most unprofessional people out there. They donot deliver what they promise. The give you soiled and damaged pieces. Even after providing something in writing, they go back on their promises.

One of the most unprofessional vendors I have worked with. When the order is not placed they will call you everyday and follow up. But as soon as the advance is paid, they just disappear. THey take days to respond. The staff is highly untrained and unprofessional. They show you something else, but then deliver something else which is half of what was committed. The team commits you something but when the time of delivery comes, they backtrack on their commitments and donot own up to the responsibility. I would definitely not be working with them in future and STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANY ONE GOING THERE TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT VENDOR as there are tons of them in the market.
