Disappointing Experience After 2 Years – Unprofessional Behavior I initially had a great experience purchasing my wedding reception lehenga from Isa by Dolly Wahal. The designer was sweet and attentive at the time of purchase, and everything seemed perfect. However, my recent experience has completely changed my perception. Two years later, I wanted to wear the same lehenga for a friend's wedding and needed some minor alterations. When I arrived at the studio and greeted the designer, I was met with a surprising and off-putting response. I politely asked about the length of the lehenga, but instead of offering any guidance or assistance, she ignored me at first, pretending not to recognize me or acknowledge my presence. Then, she pointed to her assistant and told me to speak with her instead, all while walking away without a word. I was left feeling completely disregarded, as if my presence no longer mattered. It’s not about whether the work gets done or not – it’s about basic decency and human courtesy. A simple greeting, a "How are you?" or "How did the wedding go?" would have gone a long way in showing respect for your clients. It feels like once you’ve paid for the expensive lehenga, you're forgotten. Is this how customer relationships are valued – just as a transaction, with no regard for the people behind it? I expected better professionalism and human kindness, especially from someone with such a reputation. I’m deeply disappointed and will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone

When I first came across Dolly's designs, I was instantly drawn to her work—it was exactly what I had envisioned for my wedding. However, after reading a few mixed reviews online, I was hesitant and unsure whether to proceed. Despite looking everywhere for my dream lehenga within my budget, nothing quite clicked. Finally, I decided to speak directly with Dolly about the reviews that had made me hesitant. Let me tell you, that conversation changed everything! Dolly was incredibly sweet, patient, and transparent. She happily explained the context behind those reviews, and her honesty and genuine nature instantly won me over. I knew I had made the right choice. Dolly poured so much love into creating my lehenga and delivered it on time, just as promised. The moment I saw it, I was absolutely in love! The craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and the way she understood my vision were unparalleled. Throughout the process, she was always just a message away, which made everything so seamless and reassuring. That level of responsiveness and care is something every customer hopes for, and Dolly exceeded all expectations. Dolly, I can’t thank you enough! You made my wedding outfit dreams come true, and I’ll cherish this experience forever. I love you and am so grateful I decided to go with you. Whenever I have a big event or function lined up, Isa is the first thing that comes to my mind. I feel like a princess donning Dolly Wahal's exquisite creations who is a professional and totally understands what her clients need.

Fraud & scamster .. she blocks brides by taking money .. the quality is different then what she shows as sample .. she spoiled the outfit , pushed and insulted the poor driver who went to take the delivery ..

I can’t recommend Isa by Dolly Wahal enough to anyone looking for an outfit for a special occasion. They designed my wedding reception lehanga custom exactly how I wanted it. I live in the USA, so they guided me through taking my measurements for the outfit over video chat, which fit perfectly without any alterations. The team was helpful and responsive throughout the process. The outfit was absolutely stunning in look, quality, and fit - my favorite of my wedding. I felt beautiful, got so many compliments, and the photos came out amazing! Highly recommend!

I saw multiple stores, designers, exhibitions but my buck stopped at Isa by Dolly Wahal! Her outfits, fitting, colours, finishing, customisation - everything was perfect, to the T, exactly what I was looking for! My mom and I sat with her told her exactly what I wanted and she MADE IT HAPPEN! The most gorgeous outfits! She made my dream come true even when she was swamped with multiple orders. I was so stressed but she always calmed me down and promised me I would be happy with what I got. And when I finally got my outfits I wasn’t just happy, I was elated! Surprised! And just so satisfied. I couldn’t have asked for more. She’s the magic fairy you need when you want that perfect dream wedding outfit!
