Do not recommend this vendor at all. I unfortunately chose her for my wedding outfit. I did not recieved a wedding dress nor a refund and paid 1.1inr for a bridal gown, which from her final photos of my dress seemed to be all cheap lace. She shipped the dress to the wrong address 4 days before my wedding then blamed her courier guy. I really thought about fighting her for a refund, but working with her was so stressful, I just couldn't carry on focusing my efforts on her, who really doesn't deserve it or to try to enjoy my wedding and all the festivities that followed. I have screenshots of all my conversations with her. She is an extremely fraudulent vendor. I recommend you pay someone whose work you can see and feel and you can hold accountable in your own country.

I discovered Shivani through my cousin and instantly fell in love with her work and have over the years got the most amazing outfits made by her. So for my wedding, it was not even a question - Shivani made 4 of my wedding outfits (Receptions, Sangeet night & Bangle ceremony). These were an absolute dream. Shivani works with you to tailor the outfit you're after and she is respectful for timings. She is also such an amazing individual, I had the pleasure of meeting her when I went to India for wedding shopping (after 4 years of online interaction). It can be such a gamble to purchase your outfit online, but Shivani is a trusted designer and the result is in her happy clients, especially from Australia - we love her here and she is much talked about :)

I had a wonderful experience with Shivani. She designed and customized my wedding outfit. The quality was top notch, the fitting was spot on and I felt like a million bucks. The entire process was very smooth. Shivani was communicating with me through the process and even went out of her to pick Jewelery for me since I could not make a trip to India. She not only saved me a trip to India but really brought my vision to life.

It’s sad to write this, but one needs to be honest to ensure others are well informed prior to placing an order. As mentioned in other feedbacks- poor customer service, lack of follow ups. Just below mediocre quality at best. I received an outfit in May 2017 where we tried to customize the pants and they were awful. They had a seam going horizontally on the mid thigh (!) I needed a replacement pant which never came in time for the wedding and I gave Shivani more time to send me one. I wish I can describe the agony this has involved. It is now 2019 that I write this review, after being promised the pant is being remade and sent over the course of 18 months. I have had to really follow up (despite the fact that I sincerely have no time), sadly Shivani has written back occasionally giving me false hopes that the replacement is coming... perhaps to exhaust me from trying or delay me from reviewing her subpar business. We live in the US and I personally endeavor to support business, by women, in India as much as I can. The internet/social media makes this possible but when these stunts are pulled on one it’s disheartening and disappointing. I am confident I paid a premium for the work I received, so a replacement trouser shouldn’t be a burden. I am stunned at the games involved in a simple business transaction. Silver lining? I was almost about to give more business/ order more things through Shivani but something made me test her with just 1 order to begin with. Certainly glad with my decision. Thank you,NEXT!

Good - positive - Shivani is a creative designer responsive and nice to work with always wanting to please. waiting for her to come through on her commitment on a follow up item but overall experience was positive.

I dind't have great experience with them, first of all there was a lack on client follow ups and then the lehenga that I received had very poor quality taking in comparison that I ve spent a good amount of money.

I recently discovered Shivani’s work through Instagram. I had never ordered anything online before and so I decided to take a leap of faith and went with Shivani to design a custom made outfit for my engagement. From the minute we started discussing colour schemes and fabrics I knew Shivani had an eye for detail and I could trust her with making decisions for me. She spent a few months searching for the perfect shades of mint green and blush pink for me, she designed my whole outfit custom to my likings and made sure everything was perfect. She always kept me updated on how she was going with the outfit and delivered and absolutely breathtaking outfit. When I received the package I was amazed at the quality and intricacy of her work. Even after the package was delivered to me I went back to Shivani to ask for her opinion on which style of jewellery would compliment my outfit and she was kind enough to help me through the whole process. Thank you so much for making me look like a princess on my engagement! I would definitely recommend Shivani to anyone and will be coming back for more outfits in the future :)

Shivani is absolutely awesome at the work she does! Shivani kept me involved in the process right from the beginning , showed us partial work till the finished product. since I was remote for entire part of designing, measurements was very tricky but Shivani helped and guided me through it very nicely. The outfit fitted me very well in first go and I was super happy to see the way it turned out. I was looking stunning and the praises couldn't stop on the day of the wedding. thank you so much Shivani ! I recommend Shivani to all brides who want to try something really intricate and beautiful.

Intracado by Shivani was literally a dream like experience. I found Shivani thorough Instagram when I was browsing for bridal outfits last year. Her designs were so unique from all the other ones I saw so I immediately sent her a message about this one particular lehenga and that's how I began my journey with Shivani. Shivani was super hands on with me which I did not expect at all. She told me she can make something from scratch based on my preferences and that's exactly what I was looking for. We both worked together to come up with a gorgeous dress for my engagement. She took my opinions and suggested all the right things to make the dress unique and absolutely stunning! We went through the same process for my wedding dress and it is the most beautiful dress I own. I got a million and one compliments on BOTH of my outfits and months after my engagement, many girls still ask me where I got my dress from. I honestly cannot thank her enough and I definitely made a friend along the way. She's patient and she works with you one on one! It's the best experience I had and I feel so blessed that I found Shivani! If you're looking for a bespoke outfit, DO NOT hesitate at all to get Shivani on board. She will be your fairy god mother and make your dream wedding dress! I'm definitely going back to her for more outfits in the future and my younger sisters already told me they only want Shivani to make their wedding dresses!

Shivani has consistently provided me with the best outfits! I have worked with her on two different occasions now and every single time she has come through with not only high quality product but very high end couture type pieces. I met her almost a year ago via IG and loved her work. Initially she created a beautiful navy blue and mint green anarkali and I couldn't even tell you how many compliments i have gotten on it. Then for another family wedding I had her create 3 different outfits for me and again each one was exceptional on the work and the style. I was impressed. I told shivani that i wanted 3 different looks and she created each one for me. She worked with me on what i as inspired by and she helped bring my vision to life. I wanted a very timeless regal mogul inspired lengha and she provided just that. Also i asked for a evening gown type of anarkali and it was perfection!! Also for a ladies party, I asked for a very traditional punjabi lengha and WOW another beautiful piece . Funny enough, after 2 family events another one is right around the corner and i am super excited about working with Shivani again as i know she will help me not only look my best but will bring my vision to life!She is talented an very hard working. She will put her all into anything she does for you. I would recommend Shivani and her brand whole heartedly and i truly wish her all the best!! She is super talented and i am happy i found her!(i wish i could keep her a secret, but its hard to since everyone wants to know where i get my outfits now!) I am happy to provide pictures if anyone wants, all 4 of my outfits were unique and one of a kind, and truly couture high end pieces!! Thanks Shivani!
