I Dont Say Cheese

Being father of the bride is both fulfilling and challenging: managing expectations in terms of Guest hospitality, bride and grooms dreams and budgets can be a tough task. While selecting the Storytellers/ wedding photography team it’s important to give free hand to the bride and bride alone. It’s nice to give options to the bride and let her have a chat with the prospectives and make up her mind. It’s only when the “heroine” and the “director” can be comfortable with each other and give an amazing result. The result is the videos and photographs one gets and it’s logical to think that that should matter the most. After working with I DONT SAY CHEESE I realised that apart from the results / final product, it’s the experience they give to the bride and the guests that’s even more important. Gaurav and Simran are so passionate that they have developed great empathy and they shoot with love and care, while always focused on the responsibility they have undertaken. I have seen the duo jostling to get the best angle and found it so cute. I have seen some photographers being so insensitive during pheras and some even being rude to guests and family. Almost to tje point of demanding the bride and groom to emotionally express in certain ways. I guess that’s where the high society Delhi photographers like I DONT SAY CHEESE make all the difference. I ended up feeling they should chare more for their services though I didn’t negotiate at all. They are absolutely value for money! To end, I would like to give them 5 stars individually and as a team. While other vendors, event planners, decorators billed me for “extras”; the property and the photography team delivered extra. What can a father of the bride feel except gratitude for this lovely duo and team. Any guesses who I will engage for my son’s wedding?!

My wife and I had a great time with IDSC. Right from setting up so many calls and discussing how to go about pictures and videos to actual execution was a phenomenal journey. The team is well equipped with high end cameras and are extremely experienced and talented in their respective area of expertise. They helped us with poses, guidance throughout the wedding in terms of posture, looks and other gestures. The videography is too good and the videos turned out to be gold. Thank you IDSC. Moments immortalized, time travel made possible. It’s been 8yrs since we got married, and as one can imagine, that day has gotten a lot fuzzier with passing time. Except? We booked Gaurav and Simran in early 2020 for our wedding that was supposed to happen in November 2020. I still remember the first time we spoke to them, we felt like we were talking to our friends. They understood exactly what we wanted and they made us feel special right from the start. But ofcourse, destiny had different plans for us and our wedding planning to execution journey ended up being a long and bumpy one! Through our long process, a lot of things changed including the city of the wedding, the venue, the date, the makeup artist, the planners, the number of events but I am so so glad we had Gaurav and Simran with us right from the start to the end. The personal touch, how they connect with your story, how detail oriented and professional their approach and yet how beautifully they will bring to life your event is beyond words. The passion for the profession that the team exudes is remarkable. Yet when at the venue they completely blend in making you and your guests super comfortable yet capturing each and every moment to be etched forever in your memories. The candid clicks, the traditional ones, the teaser, the video each and every bit is beautiful different and very special. Money can buy a lot of things but the value added by I don’t say cheese to your occasion to make it memorable is simply priceless

I highly recommend I don’t say cheese. They covered my wedding and delivered beyond our expectations. They know how to capture the true essence of a wedding and they take a personal understanding of how you want the wedding to be captured. In one of our discussions with Gaurav and Simran before the wedding, I let them know that I don’t want to pose much for the cameras, I don’t want to be bothered and just want to enjoy moment and they understood. We didn’t even realise that there was a camera around capturing the best moments and video came out absolutely amazing. I can’t stop watching my wedding video, thanks to them. They say your wedding day goes by in a flash of a second, so when we decided to get married the one thing we were categorically particular about was getting on board a team of photographers who would capture the essence, charm and craziness of our special day. We happen to stumble upon ‘I Don’t Say Cheese’ by accident and we made an inquiry because we found their name ever so catchy. Little did we know that we would find not only the best duo to capture our wedding but also meet one of the best human beings we’ve ever come across. The heart of ‘I Don’t Say Cheese’ comprises of a beautiful couple – Gaurav & Simran, who make a team of wonderful photographers. This couple understands that behind every wedding is a love story. I still remember our first meeting with them where they kept aside all the deliverables and technicals and were invested to get to know they people who they were about to shoot. They encouraged us to talk about our story, observed our chemistry and very tactfully deduced our preferences. Gaurav and Simran are amicable, full of good energy, have a bunch of fun and exciting ideas which clearly shows in the clips they capture.
