Ashwini needs to pay attention to the requests from her client. For pros, I liked the airbrush makeup. She also accommodated when the wedding makeup start time got delayed by an hour; it was also a very early morning muhurtham. However, the rest of the experience was a con for me! During the trial, I had asked specifically for large curls, smoky eyeshadow with mostly gold glitter for the reception and had also selected the pink lip for the wedding. However, on the day of the wedding, Ashwini couldn't remember the lip color that I had selected. And during the reception bridal makeup, she couldn't get the large curls I had asked for. She struggled multiple times to get my hair right because it looked like she had never done large curls before, just the standard small tight curls. Her product overuse also made my hair look bad. The smoky eyeshadow was half gold and half blue instead of the 3/4 gold and 1/4 blue that I had asked for. The result of her inexperience delayed my reception start time significantly. Instead of being ready at 7 PM, I wasn't done until 8 PM! That is a whopping 2.5 hours of hair/makeup and it still looked terrible at the end! My photographer did not have time to take my getting ready reception photos and other photos. I was so unhappy at my reception because of her fiasco! Rs. 34,000 spent on an inexperienced freelance artist who did a terrible job! She did not even take time to make notes during the trial. My photographer even recommended to drop her services after the wedding, before the reception. Since it was on the same day, I couldn't arrange for another artist within a few hours. My advice to the artist is to take her work seriously and improve her skills, especially for the lofty price that she demands! (same cost as the service in USA). My advice to anyone considering her (despite my poor experience with her) is to please demand a complete trial to assess if she is the right fit. Wedding day is special and happens once in a lifetime; selecting this artist left me with regret.

Thank you Ashwini for the wonderful party make up( for a reception) that I got it done for my brother in law's wedding, happened recently. I am basically a person who don't wear makeup on a daily basis nor for the functions, however Ashwini's party make up on me, helped me look more natural and at the same time stunning. Most importantly I still looked myself, not overly made-up. This is something I was actually looking for. I must say that I received several compliments on the make up. The work is amazing, I highly recommend. Thank you once again!

Ashwini is my childhood friend. Have always known her to have had a sense for style and dressing up. But didn't know she had this talent to deck-up others so beautifully and elegantly. I got an opportunity to ask her to prepare me for our house-warming ceremony. I should admit that she decked me up so well that I myself was surprised that I could look so good????. Needless to say that I got many compliments. I was surely looking atleast 5 yrs younger and fresh like a young lady. Also, she was very quick, concentrated and very patient while doing her work.
