Full Framez

I want to give negative review but there is no option to give that. I have booked them for wedding photography and they have shared photos and videos through google drive. Due to medical emergency in my family, I was not able to save photos and videos and also informed full Framez that it will take time for me to respond back with photos selected for album. Without informing me, they have deleted photos and videos from the drive. When I asked them at Feb end, I got a response that they will share within a week. But after that, I haven’t receive any response after doing multiple follow-ups. Finally I have to approach shaadisaga team for help and after they interrupt, I have only received photos. They are just giving excuses for videos. I will not suggest anyone to book this photographer due to their unprofessional behaviour. Shaadisaga team also informed that they are not responding regularly. UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Prashant and his team are the nicest guys and deliver what they promise. These guys are one of the best in the business and our wedding pictures stand as a testimony to that. This team is incredible. The entire Full Framez team is really accommodating and extremely patient. Prashant gives the same importance to you during discussions about the albums and videos, after the wedding. This is a dream team and we sure will come back to you guys for any family events!! Thanks a lot guys!

I want to say a massive THANK YOU for being there on our big day. I cant really find the words to express how perfect all of the photos are. We had quite a bit go wrong on the day, and a lot of things didn’t go to plan, but spending some time looking over these together brought us back to all the little moments we loved about the day. You were an absolute joy to work with! We’re super awkward when our photos have to be taken, but you made us feel comfortable and relaxed, and we could not have asked for more. Thank you again for everything, I’ll absolutely recommend you to anyone who needs a photographer, and I’ll probably see you again in a few years for our family photos 😉

We recently had Full Framez do my brother’s wedding ceremony photos and they are phenomenal. Prashant and his team are prompt, punctual, very easy to talk with and fun. He cares about capturing the special moments and it shows in the photos. We got such gems and are so happy and grateful with how the photos came out. We chose full Framez for my cousins wedding and it was the best decision that we made.Prashant and Zulekha were patient during the whole planning process and understood our requirements very well. Of course they clicked amazing pictures of the bride and groom, but the candid moments captured with members of the family are something we will cherish forever.
