ONLY having a flashy decor doesn’t make the store premium, it’s the experience that matters. Which is 100% ABSENT here. The staff specifically the bridal floor Manager has the perfect formula of spoiling the store’s name and reputation and he is doing that precisely. Forget quality service, they are flat plain disrespectful and arrogant. The Bridal Floor Manager is the most arrogant and ILL MANNERED person you can ever come across. And all this in the industry which relies vastly on word of mouth and recommendations. Look around in the same locality and you will find that almost all stores are far high above Frontier Bazar in terms of value system in the team.

I had an amazing experience at the frontier bazararr Karol Bagh while searching for my lehenga the sales person and everyone else were very sweet they showed all the designs , the process with fittings and alterations was very seamless and they also provide with free delivery service .

One of the worst customer service and execution of staff. I have been to aza, Frontier Raaz and several others. I have never faced anything like this. It has the worst management, lack of professionalism and business sence. I had a pain to deal with this company. After I gave my customer order they had not stitched it accordingly to my measurements. I went back gave it again and asked specifically for the payment.(the remaining amount) they said they don't need any and would give it once I take the order. First miscommunication with in the staff after two days several calls and reattempt to clear this mess I went there thrice. The last visit the lady said you don't need to worry I will handle it & send u the piece as it takes time. Which I already asked her. Today she called and said I don't know the entire issue you went through and u have to pay for certain delivery which was discussed before. There is lack of business sence, professionalism, and miscommunication within the employees which makes it a total mess and waste of time and energy to go to this place. The only one person who talked sence throughout was Pradip. And ve ware of Anju amongst the manager as her first response to everything is "I didn't know that that's why I said I will get it altered today, I didn't know that that's why I said I will get it delivered to you and you need not pay for the delivery charges ..you can relax didi!!" Incase you are planning to go please check every detail, receipt and dress yourself.

Frontier bazar is just a thug with an established brand name . I can’t post the pictures rn as my wedding is still due in a few days but will def share after the wedding . These people are so sweet on the day u book the lehnga they treat you as a princess with so many people dressing u up with your dream lehnga. I booked my wedding lehnga with them on made to order basis. They made me try such a fine elegant piece but the final product was so low grade quality . Even the kaliyan in lehnga were comparatively lesser . I have been dreaming and saving for this outfit for so many years but they without any shame ruin your whole dream. They don’t even accept that they did anything bad while it is pretty visible. I have had pictures of my trial outfit to compare to but they very smartly didnt give me any chance to ask for explanation . Please beware of falling for their false promises . Don’t trust them in making ur lehnga they cheat you and u can’t even do anything abt it right 15 days before ur wedding . They don’t even follow the delivery timelines. Karol bagh store staff is so irresponsible and ill-mannered. Specially Sumedha .I would rate chandini chowk better than this as they anyway replace ur chosen lehnga with one from chandini chowk . Thanks to these people for ruining my dream attire .

Great service and collection. One time perfect fit. Really good quality. Really loved how the customised as per the need and were organised enough while taking measurements and at the time of delivery.
