I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Frames by Praneeth. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone, I have been unable to reach anyone. The promised delivery date for my wedding photos has passed without any communication or delivery. This lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against considering Frames by Praneeth. It's been 2.3 years.
