Very very poor experience! Extremely ill mannered Ekta , who owns this rental ! I had ordered hand made jewellery from her which I asked to deliver by 11th july anyhow, I asked for some changes but She rudely slammed me by saying she won’t even send pics once completed ! Sent the product on 13th after a millions of calls and msgs literally me crying over chat to send me the status right before my marriage functions! Doesn’t have manners to talk, don’t reply or call once Received with FULL PAYMENT! I asked her hundreds of times that send me pictures once finished before dispatching! She ultimately sent me the product without any changes, so unfinished and poor! She is complete psyco and doesn’t respect her customers! If anyone reading this review I request you humbly pls boycott this fraud Ekta! She is not Worth your money peace and respect! 🙏🏻

Ekta is such an amazing artist, not only did she helped me finalise the designs for all my major wedding events but she also made sure all the jewellery goes well with all my outfits and delivery was always on time! 100% recommended if you’re clueless as me, she’ll be there to help you with all your last minute orders 😍 thank you so much Ekta🥰

Had a wonderful experience working with this talented jewellery designer. I had ordered a headband, cuffs with rings, neck piece and earrings. She made beautiful matching set for my haldi function using an array of real flowers and pistachio shells. Initially I was worried about the size of the flowers as I could not gauge it online but when the set arrived it looked perfect and was appropriately sized for a haldi photoshoot! Even though wedding time is hectic and I couldn’t communicate well with her due to my busy schedule she made sure to deliver the set on time for my event. I received multiple compliments for it and my haldi function was successful thanks to it. ❤️❤️

If your from outside of Nagpur don't order from her she made my wedding days hell . She took advance payment but still making excuses n in last min she put a blame on me I asked her to send on 27 jan and she didnt even delivered I have to pay 1000 rs to get the order from ger home still she has a problem from that such a fraud she is so guys please think before order If you to ruined your wedding days then only order still their attitude was so pathetic instead of sorry she was like very arrogant also .
