Based on online reviews, I was looking forward to working with them. Unfortunately, they are little slow in providing estimates hence I could not go along with them. The 2.5 stars is for good communication and ideas which were presented over the one call I could have. The minus is for the slacking especially without updates even after constant follow ups. One big part of professionalism is the courtesy of providing updates which is a bare minimum expectation and was missing here. Not sure if it was just me, or a recurring problem.
