Her non-bridal team was horrible. The makeup she did on brides mother on the first day was so bad that on the second day, we cancelled 2 makeups, including that of the brides mom, which was such a shame. I have never heard of brands she used. Upon giving this feedback to Mrignaini,i discovered that she had never worked before with those people and had only found them from a whatsapp groip. Mrignaini hired the non bridal team as an experiment, and never came in once to check on their products and their craft. She used this non bridal team for the first and did zero due diligence to do quality control. Utterly disappointed. The makeup they did had to be wiped off for most faces, and they couldn't understand the very basics of hair do - difference between curls and waves. More time was wasted undoing what they did rather than getting hair and makeup done within the time commited by them.
