We had the worst experience with them. Very unprofessional, customer service is really bad. We had our engagement on 21st April’24 and today is 15th September and we still did not get our engagement videos. Whatever they sent was pathetic, no creativity and very boring they sent. Its been more than a month we told them the changes and still no reply. I would never recommend you guys to hire them your big day. It a waste of money.
