Event Angels is an Event Management company, specializing in Wedding Planning and execution in India and Internationally. The company was established in 2014 in New Delhi and has successfully executed multiple events in the cities of Delhi & NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Goa, Ahmedabad, Raipur and several other cities in Northern India.

- Their inhouse team caters to all your requirements from Guest and Wedding Management to Decor and Entertainment.

- Wedding Cards
- Designing: Elegant and unique wedding cards accompanied by gifts or sweet boxes.
- Distribution: They provide local as well as Courier services for the distribution of the Invitations.
- RSVP Calling:
- A representative will be assigned to be in contact with guests to confirm their participation and coordinate their travel details (Arrival and Departure date/timings) as well as the mode of transportation.
- Airport Hospitality Management:
- A representative from their team will be at the airport to receive guests with a customised placard for the wedding.
- Coordinating Coaches, Chauffer driven Cars for Pickups and Drops.
- Concierge Services:
- Baggage Management: All luggage will be tagged at the Airport/Railway Station/ Hotel basis the requirement.
- Transportation Chauffeur Driven cars for pickups and drops Venue/Residence/Hotel/ Airport/Railway Station basis on the requirement.
- Receiving Guests: A representative will be available at the entrance of the venue to welcome guests.
- Check-in Assistance: Each guest will be assisted during their check-in at the Hotel/Venue.
- Manpower:
- Their team has well educated and confident individuals who are fluent in English. Each one is well-groomed and smart and skilled for the task assigned to them. These include Anchors, Guest Service Executives, Host, Hostesses, Ushers etc
- Help Desk: A Help desk is at the venue to provide any information or assistance to the guests.
- Personalization: To make guests feel welcomed they coordinate with the Hotel to add Welcome Letters and Hampers to the assigned rooms.
- Catering: The premium quality of Food and Beverages and high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Makeup Artists/ Photographers/ Entertainment options are available as well.
- To ensure effective management we create a control room which is the epicentre for the event.
- Weddings these days have a vast variety of themes and our infrastructure provides themed Decor, Outfits and uniforms as well as cuisine that compliments the arrangements.

We had a wonderful experience withEvent Angels. Right from the start, from helping us to find venues of our liking, all the arrangements and decoration was impeccable. The main reason we loved their service is they have a knack for attention to details and promptly resolve any grievances that arise.

The first time I saw the team of Event Angels was at a friend's wedding. Shiv and his team had meticulously managed their "Big Fat Indian Wedding" so it was an instinctive choice to get their contact for my cousins wedding as well. They came thoroughly prepared with a plethora of options for us to choose from, within our budget. They are cost effective, efficient and meticulous.I highly recommend Event Angels if you have a wedding coming up.

We hired Event Angels for my sister’s wedding and to be honest I think that was the best decision. We were on a pretty tight budget, but we decided to get a planner for the sake of our sanity and possible money savings through the planner’s connections. Needless to say, we are happy with the team for arranging everything we wanted. They had only been highly cooperative, systematic and also did not compromise with the quality. Everyone commented on how stressfree my parents and family looked, and I honestly believe it was because of Shiv and his team. Shiv and Event Angels are very professional, completely thorough and awesome team to have on your side. The money we spent to have Event Angels were worth it. Thanks to Shiv and his team for making my sister’s wedding the most memorable event of her life.

Event angels did an amazing job at my uncles’s wedding. We got what ever we wanted and not only that they surprised us with even more innovative ideas that we never thought of. We had a great destination wedding at Jodhpur. All the guests enjoyed their stay at the property. All the requirements were well taken care of. We came with a dream of a big fat Indian wedding and we got that. We were scared of the mishaps because we were traveling across country for a wedding, but everything was well taken care of by the team. They did a fabulous work. Shiv was personally there to take care of the event. He was very supportive with all the last minute changes and fixes. I would totally recommend Event angels to anyone planning any event or marriage. Amazing work.

A 5/5 rating would still fall short in truly reflecting the excellence, love and positivity that the entire Event Angels team brought to my sister's wedding. Literally every member of the team tirelessly worked throughout the wedding to ensure that everything follows through perfectly. They wouldn't ever let any of the of the last minute stress get to us. They were available 24/7, always by our side and there wasn't a single element throughout the wedding that they didn't take care of.

Planning a wedding is in itself a tedious task and I could have definitely not done it without Event Angels. And Shiv and the entire team is creative, patient and hardworking. We changed our decor needs a 100 times, and every single time he worked along with us . He always had suggestions, which in most cases were far better than ours! ;) The team worked tirelessly on a budget with limited time to get us the perfect decor and venue. He even had surprises for us at the venue! We wouldn't think twice before saying this, Shiv and team keep the good work!!!

From the beginning of our planning process, our planner was incredible! They made us feel heard, gave great suggestions and was always just an email or call away when we had any last minute questions. On the day of my brothers wedding,they did a phenomenal job of making the venue look absolutely beautiful and captured the exact theme and feel that we were going for. I truly could not have made it through the day without them. Without a doubt I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a classy and a lavish wedding! Lots of warm wishes
