How do i put my experience in words…i was worried about my sisters wedding preparation…as Evara team joined in.. my work seem to slowly fall in place. They are very patient with the client and would address each n every concern. You can trust them blindly and make ur journey smooth. Virat Luhar, The Director ( Head) very sober, gentle man of a person with the wide knowledge of this industry can make ur event a memorable affair… He exactly knows the clients perception and can make every art piece alive, right in front of you. Trust his ideas and leave your entire show for him to run. His guidance and stand for right and wrong would make u knw his genuineness.. Rachna Thorat, the creative head .. she took the entire headache to line up each and every vendor at the same time get the best pitch for you. She does go out of the way to make your event extra special.. she addressed our problems till the time we were satisfied. She is one of the wisest team member of Evara. Her vision towards the event makes ur dream day extra special. She is humble, kind and respectful. I respect the effort she and her team has put in my sisters wedding with all the sleepless nights.. Thank you girlie for being there and making my sisters event like the way i wanted. Deepali Patel.. met her while we were planing our logistics and i never thought she would be explendid. She took away my major stress by managing the entire communication. Not caring about the her own food or sleep she stood and managed each and every ones arrival, departure, stay and in room hampers.. crossed her comfort just to make my life easier.. greeted each of my guest with lots of patience and care. She understood each frustrating face with her politeness. Team Evara… the most the most trusted event team.. hands down would recommend it to each and every one.. highly recommended

We’re a family that loves being extremely organised in terms of timelines, Excel sheets, early planning, the whole works. Because of that, we were honestly a little skeptical about working with wedding planners and whether they would match our level of detail and meticulousness. But I can confidently say that choosing Evara was one of the best decisions we made. From day one, the planning process was smooth and very well-structured. They were on top of every follow-up with vendors, ensured everything was aligned, and most importantly, made sure nothing unnecessary ever came back to us. That itself was such a huge relief. Beyond just planning, they were genuinely a pleasure to work with. Every interaction felt easy and fun, and at no point did it feel transactional,it really felt like they were part of the family through this journey. They were always proactive with ideas and suggestions, and their experience really showed in the way they guided us through decisions. The coordination, both with vendors and our wedding guests, was seamless. We had planned a lot of details, and the way they executed everything during the wedding was beautiful. On the actual days, they took on almost all the stress, which is exactly what you need, someone who ensures everything runs perfectly while you just enjoy your wedding. Overall, it was such a relieving and enjoyable experience working with them. I'll pen down my review in points because Evara was amazing at multiple levels: 1. Pre wedding: Each task was maintained on a list. They always had an update on what's one and what's pending. No follow ups were needed from our end. They never dropped the ball there. This phase is so important because this is where trust and faith gets built. We already knew the wedding will be successful cause of how great the pre wedding preparation was. 2. Turn around time: Whether it was a task to be executed by them or a vendor, they were on it. Even when I wanted repeated calls with the sound vendors and decor vendors, it was arranged in no time. 3. Genuineness: At no point did I ever think that Virat and his team were playing from the other side 4. Professionalism: On point always. Special mention to Nainika here. 5. Event day: Nothing went wrong. Absolutely nothing. I dont think i need to write anything more. To sum it up, highly recommend them.

This team is full of pure people, who only and only want to make your big day the best day of your life. Nainika has singlehandedly taken care of every single family member’s wishes, she was at our house every second day with a week and month wise to do list. Usually brides are super busy during their weddings, but thanks to Evara I never had to make a to do list. They ensured that Yash and I enjoy our wedding to its maximum capacity. Not just the wedding was a blast, they ensure the planning process never felt painful and were available throughout to help us curate the best guest experience possible. The logistics, the planning, the coordination, the last minute details, the baseless requests, the mood swings, thr highs the lows, the sleepless hours that were followed by happy smiles - they took care of it all!!! They are super patient and extremely generous, a very humble team who never makes you realise how much hardwork is always happening at the back end.
