Most of the important things went wrong. They are really great in follow up when you have not paid the advance but once advance is paid they are least bothered. Even before the start of your event, they will bother you asking for money that too full amount. They clearly mentioned in invoice that amount is to be paid on or before the event. We assumed “on” the event as most such services ask for money on or post the event. But while I was receiving my guests at hotel, they started pinging asking for money. That they won’t start if payment is not done. It was only then when I said the invoice says on.. I will pay on the event not before what if you mess up everything We called them 18 days before wedding what is the update as no one was reaching out to understand, after too many back and forths , a call was scheduled as apparently it’s pretty difficult to get their time, they are too busy. They promised a coordinator who will coordinate the music during my haldi and mehndi. But at 2 pm even before my two events of the day, the music guy was no where to be seen. Even during my wedding and Bharat next day, I asked my brother to put music using his phone as their coordinator didn’t even come. The coordination is so bad. They don’t care about service or customer satisfaction but money.

Never go for this vendor. They are the worst, they promise they'll provide you everything you are requesting on call then they'll say no we had not informed about it. If you want your wedding to be decor to be a disaster then you can go with them. For my wedding they had gone to a completely different venue location and were setting up their decor. Very incompetent team. Additionally they'll be more worried in collecting the payment they'll stop you when you're going on to the stage and collect the payment.
