Would not recommend to anyone. They don't care about the customer and the service is of the worst quality possible. Don't be fooled by his way with words or the few good photos he posts on his feed. I got married in February 2022 and hired them as the photographers. The final wedding video was delivered to me in January 2023, whereas I was told that all the deliverables will be completed in 3-4 months. During this almost 1 year, I had to chase them hundreds of times for basic things. The videos that they make are sub-optimal and most often give the sense that have been prepared in a very short time. The best part is that they forgot to record my Vidaai (I was told that my first Vidaai was recorded but not the second one - I still don't know who has two Vidaais, and there was only one Vidaai, but Yash is, like always, reluctant to agree that a mistake was made). A draft of the wedding video was shared with me in October which didn't have the Vidaai. When I asked them why this is not there, I was told by the editor that this was not recorded. I reached out to Yash, who told me "I'll get this personally checked". After chasing him multiple times, I was finally told at the end of December that the Vidaai has not been recorded and Yash was adamant on accepting any fault. I still don't know why it took three months for him to check this, when the editor knew that the Vidaai wasn't there. Even after this the final video of wedding and sangeet were not delivered for another month. Yash is a faultless person and would never accept any mistake. He has this uncanny ability to shift the blame onto someone else or come up with excuses. a) "It was my photographer's fault that they didn't record the Vidaai. They did everything well till the time I was there." - He needs to learn that his employees are his responsibility and not ours to handle b) "Ignore my editor, I know she didn't reply but I am coordinating" c) "Bhaiya mai chahta to aapka phone nahi bhi utha sakta tha" d) "Sirf aapka kaam nahi hai hamare paas, aur bhi kaam hai", "Season hai" He is the most creative with excuses - would go to any extent to come up with excuses and not deliver anything on time. He comes across as a person who recklessly takes new jobs but doesn't deliver on the already committed ones. He was very reluctant to share my wedding video with me asking me to clear the final 10,000 rupees due to him, whereas I had paid the remaining 95% amount on the day of my wedding itself (biggest mistake of my life) And told us that "Last payment mai problem aata hi hai" - Well, if you provide better service, I am sure no one will hold your payments. Delaying them for a year and then holding them hostage for 10,000 rupees to release the once-in-a-lifetime wedding video is not the most ethical way of doing business. I have not cleared the final payment of 10,000 rupees as I feel I am well within my rights to not pay them, in light of the service that was provided to me versus what was promised. I was told that I will get my photos/videos in 3-4 months, which was given to me after a year and without one of the most important aspects of the wedding. The quality of the deliverables is still up for debate - and I am not even going there for now.
