FRAUDSTER! FRAUDSTER! FRAUDSTER! Don’t ever book with Vinayak! He is a big fraudster. It’s been more than 3 years and I have n’t received my wedding data. He is a nightmare for us. Don’t go with his words. His words change as soon as you make the payment and book him for wedding. Unprofessional , lack of photography skill, basic equipment and worst after sale service. Don’t ever book with this guy. I suggest everyone to register a complaint against him. Important warning: Before booking services with Vinayak, please take the time to read all the negative reviews and feedback from previous customers. Most customers have reported a concerning pattern of behavior. this happens with me: On the day of the event, Vinayak may call you with a last-minute excuse, claiming to have been in an accident and unable to fulfill his commitments. To avoid disappointment, consider assigning a trusted relative or friend to capture your special moments instead of relying on Vinayak. Spread the word and let's look out for each other!

Not Recommended - Unprofessional - We had booked services from Vinayak for my sister's wedding and even after more than two years we do not have the album with us! All the promises and prompt responses (prior to booking the service) have come to a cease. Now the calls are unanswered, messages are not responded and service remains undelivered. While writing this review I see that the same has also been experienced by other customers of Emotion Graphers!!! Deep regret to have chosen Emotion graphers.

Horrible experience. My experience with Vinayak has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. Firstly it has been more than 2 years since my wedding and despite the initial promise and contract agreement , i have not received the final edited photo album. Moreover the final edit of our wedding video which was part of our package has also not been shared. Attempts to reach out and communicate with Vinayak has been met with silence. He has become unreachable on phone and messages remain unanswered .

Vinayak, owner pf Emptiongraphers is a fraud. It has been over a year and still he hasn’t handed over delivables. He mentioned all deliverableas to be available within 30 days while taking on the assignment. See the screenshots where he comes up with a new excuse every time, some time he says his team is editing , then he gives an excuse that he is not well and can’t edit. Also there is a high chance of videos/photos to go missing. His team is also not well equipped, they did not have enough sd cards to cover vedi event completely. What a shame !! I would advice to not go ahead with any booking from them.

Its been a year we havent received our wedding photos, we are trying to reach vinayak and team but no response. Our calls are not answered. Please dont pick these guys for you wedding you may not receive pictures.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We hired Emotion Graphers to cover our pre-wedding photoshoot and wedding. Vinayak and his team did a great job and we were very impressed by the quality of photos, teaser, and long video delivered. We had some unique requirements for our pre-wedding shoot and Vinayak went out of his way to choose an appropriate venue, suggest dress code, and provide what we asked for. During the wedding, we got some breath-taking couple portraits and individual portrait shots captured. The entire team was very good in capturing the emotions during the wedding. The photo and video editors did a remarkable job with the outcomes and were more than happy to consider our feedback to make some modifications. The only con I could think of is that the captured videos are only of full-HD quality and not 4K. Overall, Emotion Graphers did a great job and we would highly recommend them.

Recommended for:

I had thought that since they do big fat weddings, there will be a communication gap and lack of connection between us. However, they turned out super friendly. Everything went smoothly. They loved decor each day and how thoughtfully we had ensured that they received enough space to get our best moments captured. They are very friendly and organized. And what do I even talk about their talent, I mean just look at all the pictures they have clicked so far, I can't believe that it's our wedding.

I wish there was a way to give negative rating. I have not come across more unprofessional people in my life. They lost my wedding video and avoided us for more than a year. They didn't even have the decency to inform us. I am also uploading screenshots of chats with them. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS.

They are good at their work. I really liked the shots and teaser. Thankyou for capturing
