Sachin and Namita are a dream team, wedding planners par excellence, They deserve more than just a 5 star review. They did the Decor for my Roce (31st November 2023), Reception (1st December 2023), Church and My house. I had my Roce in Mangalore Club, in the open gardens, the decor was just beautiful and apt for the Roce, the decor had a rustic theme, from the back drop to the table centre pieces and the entrance decor was mind blowing and jaw dropping. The centre dance floor setup was so hip and trendy and went with the over all theme. The lightings were just perfect. They arranged for all the items including the Roce milk required for the ceremony and this made us all stress free. The Decor at my house and the Church was just beautiful and making every picture radiate their subtle brilliance. We had our reception in the Avatar Convention Centre, which by itself is beautiful, but Oh boy, they went one notch up and nearly brought us to tears in the way the decor was done in and outside the hall, the highlight being the photo frames done opposite the lift as you enter the hall. From the table centre pieces, the back drop, the centre stage and the bar counter was just so aesthetic and beautiful, all hand made and we could see the efforts taken into making our special day out of this world. Sachin is just so calm in all the chaos and Namita is assuring, both having an infectious smile, that makes all the stress in wedding planing disappear. They were approachable over phone whenever required. They also helped us in arranging for the luxury car for the reception, crackers and the 360 camera for my Roce. We can vouch for their quality and dedication of their work. Soujanya and I are immensely grateful for all the efforts and quality they put in making our wedding so beautiful and memorable

Really great to have Swathi as our wedding planner. They did a great turnaround in 24 hours and we loved it. The guests were amused with the transformation. Overall a good experience and worth hiring. Thanks again for making my day memorable.

My experience with them is something I would wish for no one. Mistakes happen but cheating people and behaving like its the clients fault is something I was seeing for the first time. They created an absolutely ridiculous mandap which looked nothing like the design and then had the audacity to scream and shout at my family making claims that we were rude to to their women. If a company is run by a woman and she messes up ofcourse everyone will be rude it™s pathetic how people to hide their faults by bring in these angles. My mandap was a joke, it was so flimsy that it almost fell and well they decided that over and above that they will do their best to make sure that they behave at their worst to make sure they ruin the day. Im attaching photos to show what I asked for and what I got. I don’t know if their work is bad or they were having a bad day but as a bride I can say this really ruined the day and broke my heart that with all the planning and preparation they did this and we so callous even after that. I will advice all not to choose them just because their work is bad but because their attitude is appalling and they treat clients like trash if they make a mistake.

It was a very good experience the team. Swathi co-ordinated very well and she understood what exactly we wanted. We just gave 2 sample stage back drop pics from google search to Swathi asking for a similar design for our event. Got a very quick reply saying we will do it which was not the case with any other vendor. At the end, backdrop turned out to be so amazing..! Swathi’s quick response for any of the questions, proactive approach and positive attitude made us select her team for our reception. She even helped us getting contacts for photographer, mehendi for which we are really thankful too. She made sure that they are talking to us, getting the things done by co-ordinating with them. We definitely recommend team elements...!

We had them plan the event (50th wedding Anniversary of our parents) decor and stage setting with sound system and artists. I must say that they did a fabulous job !! From day 1 when we contacted Swathi, there was great reaponsiveness in terms of trying to understand requirements and then send us details and options of what could be done within our budget. Very cordial, professional and always willing to collaborate and take /give suggestions. The outcome was simple, elegant and professional as required for the occassion. We had every single attendee ask for details on who did it and with full praise. Thanks so much Swathi and look forward to more associations !! We would highly recommend them !!
