Ek Sparsh Films

I hired Vishal and Prachi for photography for my wedding which took place on the 12th of March 2020. I am writing this review on 9th Nov 2021. This is my utter honest review. I am doing Ph.D from the Indian Institute of Technology, Hauz Khas. My husband, Dr. Aniket Panwar is a doctor in Jag Parvesh Hospital, Shastri Park. I came to know about Vishal and Prachi and by looking at their work, I decided to hire them. They covered my engagement, prewedding shoot and wedding functions. When I met them first, Prachi claimed to do work better than other photographers in the market and made tall promises. Let me tell about my prewed first. Me and my husband planned and invested so much money and time for the shoot. It included the cost of our prewed studio, our makeup artist, our dresses and attires. The shoot happened. However, these fellows gave me only the video of the shoot and no photographs. They said they did not take the backup of the photograph data and their hard disk crashed. They were so careless about that and said it so casually but all my memories were lost due to their unprofessionalism. Even when I asked them to give me the drive and that I want to get it recovered using my own money, they simply refused to give it saying that data will not get recovered. When I asked them about my wedding photographs, they started procrastinating. After repeated asking they started avoiding me by not taking my calls. I then asked my husband to talk to them. He called Vishal. And this is what Vishal said to my husband, *"Meri dealing Vasudha k papa se hui thi. Tu hota kaun hai mjhse puchne wala? Tu dalal kyu ban raha hai?"* . I have the recording of this Vishal's conversation with me. After a long wait I got my album in February 2021. The album is not at all up to the mark. The photographs are hazy, cloudy and low resolution. The videos that were given to me also had some corrections to be done. I told all the glitches to Prachi written in email and she promised me to get them corrected and convinced me saying that customer satisfaction is her top priority. She promised to correct my album and rectify the videos corrections. Prachi never ever gave me any update of my work. Every time I initiated and called to know about the update of my work but she use to put all her family problems in front of me. Sometimes her child is not well, she has family problems, her husband is out for shoot, she has other assignments to finish and what not... The list was endless for her. She mercilessly tested my patience. I lost faith in her, completely. I then realized that they will never give me my work. They tested my patience like no one else. They shamelessly mentally stressed me so much. They insulted my husband. Even when my mother called Vishal, he said he was busy at the moment and that he will call back but he never did. Prachi and Vishal only makes tall and false promises. They have mentally tortured me immensely. Please don't fall prey for the false promises made by Prachi. She will always have something or the other problems to tell you. And there are no words to describe Vishal's misbehavior. _Us bande mai bat tak krne ki tameez ni hai._ Please note their payments were always made in time. They have all the money in their pockets as was promised by me but my work remains incomplete and I am the most unsatisfied customer. Beware of these unethical, unprofessional and inhumane people. Please don't waste your money, energy, time and memories by hiring them. Book someone else for covering your shoot. I have suffered immensely because of them.
