Below average, they don’t revert only. I have dropped so many messages on their whats app for a wedding inquiry but they read and don’t revert. I have waited for 10 days and did follow-up from my end. But it seems they are very busy.

Hiring her will be the biggest mistake one can make. She took the advance and promised work in October. It's December 2022 and there is no response. Very unprofessional behavior I really wanted my wedding invite to be done by her but I can't even tell you how disappointed me and my family is right now.

Tried to reach the team thrice in the past 6 months, no reply from their end. Even if busy, the team should have the basic courtesy to refuse work.

She does not respond to clients/customers on Time. She does not attend calls as well. Absolutely zero professional ethics and lack of customer empathy. PLZ DO NOT CHOOSE HER AS THE PERSON TO DESIGN YOUR CARDS. YOU WILL BE DOOMED AND YOU MAY NEED TO WAIT INDEFINITELY FOR HER TO RESPOND. TOTAL AMATEUR

I absolutely love her work of art. Her professional etiquette and mannerism speaks for itself in her work .I was able to liaise with her my ideas and she orchestrated them beautifully and elegantly . The intricate details and paying attention to every details we had requested was simply outstanding . Doodlefactory has gone above and beyond in delivering this beautiful design in such a short time ! Thank you so much
