Horrible experience with one of their staff. Behaviour changes immediately after paying 50% of the advance amount. Very bad stitching. Embroidery comes out. Material is not of good quality.

My lehenga for my Brunch was from Divya reddy. The most important thing that I can say is that you can trust her blindly and she won't fail to amaze you. I didn't have any time for a trial of the outfit so it was a leap of faith for me. I'm so glad that the lehenga cam out to be the most perfect lehenga ever. She was kind enough to ship it to me because I didn't have time to go to her. Divya reddy is seriously amazing and worth the risk.

I got my wedding brunch outfits from her and somehow i was not able to go for a trial but guess what even without a trial my outfit had the perfect fit. That is how amazing they are.

I placed an order of an expensive outfit with her. She took my measurements over whatsapp. Initially, she handed over someone else's dress to me. The dress was way smaller in size. The next time she agreed to make another dress — which is what she said. She did some minor adjustments and the dress still does not fit me. I even sent her pictures of the dress with measurements using a measuring tape and she refused to acknowledge her mistake. I even have pictures of everything sent to her. She totally conned me of my money. And she even refused to take my calls. She put her undertrained assistant to talk to me who did not understand anything I was telling her. At the time of ordering, she acted as though she is the front face of her label. Later on, she told me that I needed to deal with her assistant as she was travelling. Extremely unprofessional, she pissed me off to an extent that I have started thinking wrong about the whole "designers" fraternity. She refuse to take back the dress and refund me my money.

The rudest and most unprofessional woman ever. When I called if I could come see her clothes, she responded in an almost yelling manner if I had taken an appointment and why I am calling her number. She wasn't willing to talk to me also. There are much better designers out there who respect customers. Hope she realizes that this attitude is not going to take her further. I came because I liked the work but if you don't learn to speak to customers genuinely , we will take our business elsewhere. My cousin told me that this is her attitude and we have to go via reference then only she meets the clients to design for them when I shared my experience. I don't think I'll be spending my money where basic business ethics are lacking.

Being the bride and not worrying about outfits is not so common. But I had that privilege! All my clothing for my wedding events were by Divya Reddy and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Every outfit made me feel like a princess. The splendid detailing that goes into the making of the apparel amazed me. There was not a single event where I did not get compliments for my attire. Divya's attention to detail and style is impeccable. Divya has taken care of every outfit of mine for my cousin's wedding and she delivers. If you want no hassles and completely enjoy the wedding you have to get with Divya. Her pastel colors are stunning and her outfits gorgeous. Love Love DR
