If you're looking for someone who truly understands that the devil is in the details, look no further than Rabiya. She made my fairytale dream wedding come to life. She not only got the brief bang on, she ensured that she hand-held me through the entire process and went out of the way to iron out any possibility of a hiccup with her sheer meticulousness. She has a great network of collaborators who deliver outstanding work and are incredibly reliable. She is perhaps the only on-time person in all of Goa which gives her an edge over the rest right away. She was extraordinary at dealing with extremely difficult stakeholders, going beyond her scope to always get us the best deal. She is straightforward and audacious and never afraid to dabble in the unknown, which worked beautifully in our favour. Needless to say, we are and will always be grateful to her.

Rabiya has been nothing but fantastic with running the entire event accommodating the last minute & eleventh hour requests! Throughout the planning process, Rabiya was attentive, organized, resourceful and most of all very patient to listen to all our requests to execute the ceremony exactly the way we visualized., To be honest, It was better than how we visualized it would be. When we forgot to take care of a few things, even at the last minute, Rabiya was always available *with a smile* to take care of everything. She ensured we are not stressed out and made us feel at home to handle the actual rituals that kept me and my family on track for our big day. Rabiya is super friendly and easy to work with. She listened to what we were envisioning, and really made sure that our wedding day was beautiful and perfect! She made sure that anything we could have needed that night was taken care of before we even realized we needed something. She was super organized and I was not worried about a single thing the whole day & night. I was impressed when she stayed up all night along with the decorators to get the ceremonial stage setup the way we planned it. She took care of every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so glad that we picked Rabiya to help us throughout our wedding planning and really thankful that she was part of my wedding not just professionally but personally as well 😊. We were organizing a Goan + European wedding, with guests coming from very different traditions and religious backgrounds and thus also had quite a mix of different elements to our wedding - everything from ceremonies to entertainment and location was supposed to borrow from both Goan Catholic and European styles. We were extremely lucky to find Rabiya to help us with this task of coordinating a wedding with only 2 months notice between Goa and Germany. Rabiya understood so so well how to make our ideas reality and how to find ways to accommodate all of our wishes. Her eye for detail, impeccable taste, resourcefulness, openness to doing things out of the ordinary and to tie everything together so professionally impressed us right from the first meeting. She was always there when needed, using email, whatsapp and phone calls to negotiate any details and any questions that came up. Only 2 weeks before, we added a church ceremony and so many last minute things came up, but Rabiya kept us calm and steered us through with calm confidence and always with a smile and twinkle in her eye. The beach location we had chosen was pretty in itself but needed a lot of thought and work to make it look truly magical especially at night: to figure out how to arrange the space and turn it into a wonderful venue for the celebration - and Rabiya got it done absolutely perfectly. Her solutions are always well thought out, elegant in style and keeping in tone with the original vision we had. Both we and our guests were completely awestruck with the effort she had put into the location. We couldn't have wished for a better planner and are extremely glad we decided to do it this way. Since we had more than 50 guests coming from Europe, most of which had never been to India before, we were also quite busy taking care of them, showing them around and giving them a wonderful experience of Goa, so we could never have handled the coordination of everything from food to band, dj to decorations, mc to drinks, church and beach ceremony, photos to cake, makeup and all the thousand little details that have to be thought of by ourselves. On the wedding day itself, you have so much stuff on your mind, that it would be impossible to deal with issues that come up! None did, fortunately, because Rabiya's organizational skills and coordination were flawless. We recommend Rabiya with all our heart and thank her forever for making our day so special for everybody involved! <3 If you want a true professional and reliable wedding coordinator (and we had met with several before deciding who to go with), Rabiya is the person to go for, hands down.

Can’t thank Rabiya and her team enough for pulling off our dream wedding! Coordinating plans with Rabiya from the UK and Dubai was so easy and nothing was too big an ask for her. Even though we made some last minute changes to our plans all our events ran smoothly and bang on time. As a bride all I felt I had to do was show up and look pretty! I and Colin will forever be thankful to Rabiya and her team for pulling off our destination wedding in Goa on an extremely short notice. Since It was difficult for us to physically be present in India and take care of the chores we had to rely on all the vendors who were available by the resort. Somehow these vendors were not able to match up to our expectations and that’s when we were introduced to Rabiya. On a very short notice she was able to understand our taste budget and exactly what we needed. Our wedding was a blend of Hindu and Catholic wedding and she pulled off every detail finely. I must add that it’s not easy to please the ‘Mothers’ at a wedding but both my mum and mum in law were so happy and well acquainted with her. There were details of decor at the resort which people still ask us about. Even after almost 2 and a half years of our wedding it was just last week that someone complimented our Sangeet setup. I definitely would recommend Rabiya and her exceptional sense of style, confident and talent for wveryone’s Special day. Had the pleasure of working with Rabiya for my wedding in Goa. We had several meetings including one in Mumbai. Extremely professional and transparent in her deliverables. She took complete ownership of things that could become a big hassle for the family otherwise. Her ideas and vision for the decor was unique and elegant. Never heard ‘No’ for anything. If as a couple, you actually make time for yourself to have your candid moments and enjoy your wedding day together, consider it a miracle. And along with that, Pramod and I had the chance to goof around, dance our heart out with each of our families, smile watching the sunset from a pub and have all of our destination wedding panic attacks sorted. We found Rabiya as our wedding designer but ended up making a friend who not only gave us a day that was better than we dreamt off, but also gave us the happiness in her motivation and words of advice that she rendered. Inspite of being married just a week before us, she was there to ensure we had the best day of our lives. Rabiya has been a one in a million experience for John and I. To begin with she was the only planner who responded almost promptly to my call for help! Not one well renowned planner who claim to be the best even bothered to acknowledge an email. So I owe Rabiya alot. She went through every detail of our wedding with absolute precision and SINCERITY. Yes I say sincerity because it comes very less in today's day and age. I recommend Rabiya to anyone who would want a lovely hassle free wedding and more than anything.... Rabiya and her team are absolutely amazing! They always deliver more than we expect, We first experienced their services in 2016 for my brothers wedding, and when it was time for my wedding we did not even think twice to decide who the wedding planners had to be. It was not only their deliverables that surprised us but also how Rabiya interacts with everyone in the family and how she is extremely helpful, even if we would ask her for something an hour before the function she would pull all strings together to make it happen

Rabiya- the forever smiling face! Doing a destination wedding and that to the first wedding in the family is never easy. We are a young couple who wanted a close intimate celebration of 200 odd people and were all set to make our close ones feel special by hosting them in Goa. Having said that started the true hunt of a team that could pull off one of the biggest projects in Aman and my life. Through intense research and speaking with an umpteen number of locals in Goa and Delhi we met the delightful team of golden petals.
