Not recommended at all.. Highly unprofessional behaviour.. Priyanka gave our videos after 1 year that also after constantly calling her up like 20 times. Then, after receiving the videos we noticed that one of our main functions and wedding trailers were missing. When we called her for the same she started ignoring our calls and messages. Now, after 2.5 years she tells us that she lost our reception video. Every time we tried contacting her she gave her P.A’s no. who knows nothing. Save your time and money and do not trust her. She is a liar, cheater and a thief. We trusted her for the most important and beautiful memories of our life which was the biggest mistake ever. Our wedding was in Feb 2019 and we are still struggling with this unprofessional company or I must say unprofessional girl named Priyanka Kamboj.

Highly unprofessional behavior, no commitment from Priyanka. Excuses after excuses, received wedding photos after 4 months from the wedding date, received wedding videos after 6 months with no audio, its been 10 months and still haven’t received the teaser. Videography from some events is missing, not captured by her team. Two events which are irreplaceable. We are hiring attorney and issuing a legal notice to her.

I would say a big NO to design aqua. I called design aqua to take the quotations for wedding and She told me it’s her birthday and will send me in the morning.Next day in the evening (after waiting for the whole day ) I called her and she again said that it’s my birthday I ll send you tomorrow.There Is no issue if someone Is busy but atleast give the exact time when the client is waiting . On the top of that She was so arrogant and not even sorry about that (kept me waiting for almost 2 days ). No professionalism at all . I ll never recommend this company to anyone. Not worth at all.

Hello All, If you are considering this company then please read the review below, it may help you avoid major headache and stress. I would rate them in negative if that was allowed. We (groom and bride) hired Design Aqua for our wedding in Feb 2019 because I was a follower of them on instagram and I always liked her work. After our initial discussions I was told that she will personally handle the bridal photo shoot, however, on calling her multiple times I was told that she is busy with another wedding and will not come. She just showed up for the engagement (I was told verbally that she would be present for 2 events not just 1) and her team failed to communicate the change to me. I would have liked a heads-up from her team beforehand but I guess that was too much to ask. Me, as a bride, kept calling her on the day of my wedding to confirm that she will be coming for the photoshoot, however, she told me on that day she is busy with another wedding. The team she sent to cover the photoshoot was not good at all. For the cinematic trailer, they completely ignored the groom's side and did not cover one-bit of it. I am not sure if we were supposed to tell them that they should cover the groom's side haldi or not because this is basic stuff and lacked professional acumen on all accounts. On my Mehendi, I had a clip on my dupatta which was supposed to be edited out but when I received the final pictures the editing they did was sub-par and not worthy of the amount we paid them. This is just one instance, there are too many to list them all. My wedding was in Feb 2019, I paid the full amount in September 2019 but I got all the pictures (some edited good and most of them edited like I hired a 10 years old kid)in January 2020. 3+ months after the payment was done in full. After a point, it got so annoying because I called Priyanka at least 20 times for the re-editing that had to be done after I showed them their mistakes. She stopped replying to my messages, did not even bother calling me back, did not even try to fix some of the cinematic videos that she sent which completely ignored major parts of the wedding. There are still open items which have not been resolved yet but I am done with Priyanka and her team. I am sure we were also a bit late in couple of things for example in selecting songs for the trailer but we maybe took a week or two and not more than that. To summarize my experience, I would say they were utterly unprofessional and I would never recommend her and her team to anyone. TL;DR - Save your money, look for someone else! UPDATE - The Design Aqua team replied to my original review and said some things which were not true. I would like to address them - Desing Aqua's response - "Kanika this is VERY STRANGE because I was there on your engagement & I have photos & videos that prove l I was there. I can send them to you incase you forgot that I visited. 2ndly we deliverd everything to your parents since you aren't in India & I went personally to hand over the drive. The drive was corrupted because it was used on various non supporting devices & we re formatted it & gave it to your parents again. After that we never heard from them since I was coordinating with your dad so we assumed it was sorted. Thirdly if your Mehendi outfit was loose & you used clips to tighten it it wasn't the photographers fault that it's showed in the photos, you should write a review abouts the designer about it. I was personally involved in all of your deliveries so it's VERY strange, mostly that you don't even remember me being present at your event." My response to Design Aqua's reply - 1. I did mention in my review that you were present on my engagement; please re-read the review whenever you get a chance 2. On my Mehendi, the lehenga was not loose, I carried a clip for other purposes. This is just a small example in a list of many. To your point about the photographers not knowing about it and not editing it out - that is what they are paid to do. I hired you all for a specific reason and it was a mistake. I did not mention anything about loose lehenga so please do not take it out of context. 3. You were coordinating with me for the most part; for the delivery you did speak with my father. I don't see a reason to complain about this since I was very active on WhatsApp and as responsive as I could be. BTW - I have proof of this as well. 4. For the drive being corrupted, we tried it on TV and then our computer and the drive just wouldn't work. This is technical stuff and I do not hold you responsible for it. You sent me a drive that didn't work and I asked for it to be changed and you changed it. I have nothing against it. 5. I said in my review and in point number 1 that you were present on engagement so it is very strange that you would pick up on this and be wrong about it. 6. About deliveries - I have WhatsApp chats regarding how late the deliveries were made and the amount of times I had to contact you to edit and deliver the photos. Nevertheless, I stand by my review as I had a very bad experience and I don't want others to have the same experience that I had. I wish you best!

Worst experience ever , I have been asking for my trailer and cinematography for since almost 2 years. If the ratings are available less than this I would like to give it in negative. Please guys don’t go for this if you guys really want to capture the beautiful n remarkable moments of your life with this fraud company

When it comes to wedding and specially when it's yours, I have seen people not willing to spend on the photographer but for me it was an opposite situation. Though yes, we had a budget in mind but I was well aware that I have to get my wedding covered by Priyanka only. Totally loved her work and specially being an influencer, I really needed my wedding pictures to come out great and I was more than happy with the result. Though, I still feel a little improvement on video part can be done but over all the experience was totally worth it.

Priyanka has been fabulous with her work !! I’ve known her for years. She shot my wedding and it was such a wonderful experience, the way she captured the memories still makes me cry looking at the pictures and videos. Recently I got makeup also done from her . And it was just so subtle yet glam at the same time 💕 10 stars to her for everything. To top it all she’s such a warm person 💖 Would definitely recommend her.
