My rating is a 0 ! My review of this company is that they are the worst company i have ever dealt with. They were very nice to speak with through whats app but that later changed. Basically i wanted a tanktop type suit shirt and sent them pics and wrote a detailed email about what i wanted. They told me from the begining they would show me all the materials and progress. After i sent the money they proceeded to delay the process claiming the market was closed etc amongst other excuses. It was impossible to ge a hold of them ! Finally when they got to the market the materials and prints were very different then i wanted and i had to re change my whole suit design i wanted because they offered me only a few options which i must say were terrible. Finally i asked them multiple times about the progress on my suit. The husband and wife both chose to ignore me then finally the husband responded that the suit had been mailed out ! At this point i was beyond upset i hadnt seen the final product and they never allowed me to see if i wanted changes. Finally he responded that they did not need to show me since there was no handwork done on the suit .! What kind of business runs this way ?! Also note that he said changes are not possible. Basically rude and unprofessional. Fast forward to 2 weeks later when i got the suit and got my cousin in India to show me it. Let me tell u ladies it was terrible there was a 0 to 100 difference in what i wanted. I wanted thin straps these ppl gave me arms !!!!!! The whole suit was a hot mess. I contacted the owner and he said and i quote " we did the best possible as per design what is practical"... um okay so i guess straps are too impractical to design..any real business would be able to handle a simple request as making a suit sleeveless. Also note on their Instagram they have only a few items of their real work its all stolen pics from designers. hmm i don't see my suit their either which is alarming since any business would want more exposure and post their good work to attract others. I finally gave up trying to contact the owner and sent him a message about his unprofessional ism i truly hope no one else gets scammed by these ppl !! Go to a reputable company thank God it was for my friends wedding and i have a few months to get something else made. It would have been even worse if it was my wedding outfit !
