I'm deeply disappointed with my experience with Desi Hues, and I must share three significant mistakes I made and three critical lessons I learned. Mistakes 1. Trusting Instagram over Word of Mouth:I made the unfortunate decision of placing my trust in their Instagram presence rather than seeking honest feedback from people I know. 2. Ignoring Negative Comments:Regrettably, I disregarded some negative comments about Desi Hues that were buried in their feed, hoping for the best. 3. *Blind Trust:* In the beginning, I didn't request a written bill and blindly placed my trust in the designer. 4. *Lessons Learned:* 1. *Lack of Creativity:* The designer lacks creativity and seems reluctant to accept innovative ideas from customers. 2. *Misleading Pricing:* The initial price quote differs significantly from the final amount you end up paying. The quality of work does not justify the cost. 3. *Extremely Poor Customer Service:* Their customer service is abysmal and I cannot stress this enough. In conclusion, if you're content with mediocre outfits, don't mind paying excessively for something that doesn't match the price tag and can tolerate poor customer service, then Desi Hues might be a fit for you. However, my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory and I would not recommend them. In addition, I must also express my extreme concern and disappointment over the intimidating behaviour I experienced right from the start and while negotiating the final price with Desi Hues. During this negotiation I was subjected to an alarming threat of a legal notice and the presence of a lawyer during a phone call. Such an approach is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable in any business transaction. It added unnecessary stress and discomfort to an already unsatisfactory experience. This incident further solidifies my belief that Desi Hues does not prioritize customer satisfaction or ethical business practices. I strongly advise caution when considering any dealings with the
