!!!Fraudsters!!!! Kasturi and her husband shayan are scammers.. THE BIGGER SCAMMER IS KASTURI, THE HUSBAND IS NONE THE LESS. So dont trust her with your event. She may portray herself and her husband like very professional, but end of the say shes a very clever fraudster, who knows one will do anything to save their event. Please be aware and take this review/feedback seriously. PLEASE DONT HIRE THEM. IT MAY COST YOU AN EVENT, LIKE IT COST ME MY WEDDING.

Delicious Events of one of the fraud and vendors, who don't have any commitments towards the event and to denied to word at the last moment. So it's a request to wedmegood team to remove this vendor. This is the incidence happed in the month of January 2023. So stay alert from this vendor " DELICIOUS EVENT"

Delicious Event is a fraudster. Never ever book any event with them. I booked them for my marriage. I got a call from wedmegood app, lady introduced herself as Kasturi. I finalised one venue at kolkata park circus location. She along with her husband reached the venue. We booked venue by sitting at hotel premises. Just before 2 weeks of my marriage(1st feb 2023) me and my family came to know there are no booking with my name at hotel. They took money from us for hotels booking, decorations booking and catering and till now they haven’t received our money back. We were totally shattered, me & my family went through lots of stress just because of them. You can’t even imagine the situation just before your marriage week when you don't have any booking for any thing. My father had asked me not to go with them but I did that mistake booked them by trusting them. This girl is a big lier. One day she called me at night around 12.30 am and asked me for 3500 rupees giving excuses that she lost her bag wallet everything. I helped her thinking she might be in trouble but she was lying. Both kasturi and her husband are fraudsters. Never go with them else you will lose all your money.

Horrible experience. Please don't book this catering service if they call you from WedmeGood app. The business woman introduced herself as Kasturi and pitched us venues across Kolkata for our Sangeet occasion. I was not even looking for a catering service. I was searching for a venue. She suggested a good venue in decent price, only catch was that we had to take her catering service along with it. We had booked her almost an year in advance. She said along with catering, she would also take care of the venue decor. So basically she was not acting as a caterer but also an overall event person. We discussed the food menu and decor requirements and based on her contract we paid her 90% in advance, which is unusual for a catering service but still we paid. On the day of the event on 19th Jan at Hotel Acme Banquet, we reached at 6:30pm. The venue was supposed to be ready by 5 as the DJ, mehendi artists would start reaching there. At 6:30, me, the bride reached there and saw that a visibly large part of the banquet was full of kitchen supplies and food is being prepared outside the kitchen in a dirty way. The decor did not match anything of what we discussed and the banquet floor was not even cleaned. My friends and I had to really run around and repeatedly request and then ultimately shout to get the banquet cleaned up. The Catering lead Kasturi said the kitchen was small and hence she had to spread her supplies outside the kitchen but the hotel manager said there are other kitchens in the hotel where she could have done this. Anyway at around 7:30 things got settled. Towards the end of the party she made me stand and count 120 plates when I was tired. After that she told me 30 more plates were released when we know the guest list did not exceed 110. I was tired and could not fight her. We had bought our bottles of alcohol for the party, which was also surprisingly over when the mixers still remained. Server appointed by her was taking care of the alcohol. So we don't know what happened. Her food was okay but really sub standard in taste in respect to what one would expect in Kolkata. Sharp at 11:30 Kasturi, the catering business owner stops me and starts saying we have to clear 10% more payment (100% payment) otherwise we cannot leave the premise as per her contract and then she kept saying the hotel people won't let us go. Given the low quality of her and the mis management we wanted to review things cause we FELT CHEATED. After some arguments we paid her some more and left. Within next two days we cleared off 100% cause I don't know how to fight this. Such poor services should really face some consequences. While living up to the promised work or delivering quality these people are lousy and bad at their job, but when taking money they would require 90% payment before event and 10% on the day without the client having any say. The only way these scammers would stop is if we spread the word about their poor job quality.
