I wanted someone who I could trust on my big day in terms of makeup and hair. My friend suggested me to have a look at Poonam's page on Facebook. As I stay out of the country my only mode of communication with Poonam was through calls. She understood my needs and was so sure about what looks she wanted to give me. Poonam was a great help and she was upfront in giving right opinions and suggestions on what suited me the best. She was punctual, calm and very friendly. She absolutely know how to work under pressure and I admire her for that. In the end what with all the hard work that she put in me I received tons and tons of compliments and very memorable moments. She knows d actual mean of pro artist. She did Make up & hair on me and my mom in law in one of our family wedding. She completely changed my look by hair do. Amazing curly look she gave to my straight hairs. And make up was also so natural. Everyone appreciate us for make up n hair. Poonam is a really great artist and professional too. Keep it up dear. Poonam did an amazing job on me and my mom on my brother's engagement, it was just the way we wanted, looked so natural yet elegant. She is very professional in her work and at the same time makes you comfortable. She gave very nice hairstyle to my mom who has curly hair, everyone just loved it. Thanks Poonam for your dedication.
